Banks · Case studies and testimonials
Describe how an MSME loan actually helped, without inventing a number.
Case studies for a bank describe, with permission, how a customer used a loan or a service: a manufacturer taking working capital, or a family financing a home. They never disclose private financial details or invented outcomes. GullySales writes these carefully within what customer privacy and RBI norms allow.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What case studies and testimonials means
Case studies and testimonials are written accounts of a real customer's problem and result, used to show a new prospect what working with you actually looks like. GullySales writes these from real engagements and keeps every fact and figure exactly as the customer stated it.

For banks
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“Anonymised scenarios work when a named case study is not possible”
A description of how a typical small trader used a Kisan credit card or a working capital loan, without naming the customer, still builds relevant trust for a similar prospect.
“A named testimonial needs explicit, documented consent”
A customer willing to be named and quoted about their experience with a home loan process gives a case study far more credibility, but only with clear consent obtained first.
“The story should focus on process, not returns”
A case study describing how quickly a loan was sanctioned, or how clearly a scheme was explained, is safer and more honest. It avoids implying a financial outcome the bank cannot promise.
What we do
What we deliver for banks.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Anonymised scenario write-ups
Written scenarios describing how a typical small trader used a Kisan credit card or a working capital loan, without naming the customer.
Result: A similar prospect sees a realistic, relevant story.
Consent and compliance checklist
A written consent form and a compliance review step built into the process before any named customer or quote is published.
Result: Nothing goes live without the customer's and your compliance team's sign-off.
Process-focused case study drafts
Stories describing how quickly a loan was sanctioned or how clearly a scheme was explained, written to avoid implying a financial outcome.
Result: The story builds trust without promising an outcome the bank cannot control.
Placement across the website and branch
The finished stories placed on the relevant product page, in branch print and in sales collateral, not left as a single standalone page.
Result: A hesitant customer finds the story exactly where they are deciding.
How the result is measured
- Case studies published
- Case studies used in proposals
- Enquiries citing a case study
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What the consent form covers
Cover these six points in the consent form for every customer story.
A customer story is a public use of a customer's relationship with the bank. Get consent in writing, in a language the customer understands, before any draft is shared.
- Who gives consent
- The customer signs, and for a business an authorised signatory signs, with the business named. Keep the signed form on file with the story.
- What may be shown
- List name, business name, photograph and loan type as separate ticks, so the customer can agree to some and not others. Never assume that a name is allowed because a photo is.
- Customer reads the final text
- Share the final draft with the customer and note the changes they ask for. A story the customer has not read should not be published.
- Where it will appear
- State the places, such as the website, the branch and social media, and how a customer can withdraw. Honour a withdrawal by removing every copy.
- Figures and private details
- Leave out loan amounts, rates, tenure and repayment details unless the customer agrees and your compliance team allows. Describe the purpose and the process instead.
- Compliance sign-off
- Have the story read by your compliance team and keep a record of the approval. Rules on testimonials in financial services differ and change, so rely on your own adviser.

How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the case studies and testimonials work runs
- 1
Identify the story
A review of past engagements to find the strongest, most relevant stories worth documenting.
- 2
Interview and research
The customer and your team interviewed to gather accurate, specific detail.
- 3
Write and approve
The case study written and reviewed with the customer before publication.
- 4
Publish and use
The finished case study placed on the website and made available for sales use.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
