Banks · Directory listings
Show every branch's correct hours and services, not just the head office.
Directory listings for a bank means an accurate, complete Google Business Profile for every individual branch, not just a head office entry. A customer searches for the branch nearest them. GullySales manages this across your whole branch network so no location is left outdated or missing.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What directory listings means
Directory listings are your business's entries on sites such as IndiaMART, JustDial and industry-specific directories, where many buyers search before ever visiting your website. GullySales sets these up correctly and keeps details consistent so a buyer sees the same address and offer everywhere.

For banks
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“Every branch needs its own accurate listing, not a shared one”
A customer searching for a nearby branch needs that specific branch's address, hours and phone number correct, and a single shared listing for the whole bank fails this search entirely.
“Service availability varies by branch and should be stated”
Not every branch offers locker facilities or handles NRI accounts, and a listing that does not specify this sends a customer to the wrong branch and wastes their visit.
“Holiday and special hours need updating branch by branch”
A branch closed for a local festival or operating shortened hours needs its listing updated individually, since a customer relying on outdated hours arrives to a closed door.
What we do
What we deliver for banks.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Complete Google Business Profile per branch
An accurate, complete listing for every individual branch, including address, hours and services offered, not a single shared head office entry.
Result: A customer finds their nearest branch's correct details, not a generic one.
Service availability noted per listing
A listing that states which services, such as lockers or NRI account handling, are actually available at that specific branch.
Result: A customer is sent to the right branch the first time.
Holiday and special hours updates
A routine for updating each branch's listing individually for a local festival closure or shortened hours.
Result: A customer relying on the listing does not arrive to a closed door.
Listing accuracy audit across the network
A branch-by-branch check for outdated addresses, phone numbers or hours across your whole listing set.
Result: No branch is left outdated or missing from search.
How the result is measured
- Enquiries by directory
- Listing views
- Response rate to directory enquiries
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Listings that matter here
The listings and directories a bank branch should keep correct.
- Google Business Profile for each branch
- Create or claim one profile per branch with its own address, branch code in the description, hours and services such as lockers or NRI desk. Update hours for local holidays and the second and fourth Saturday pattern.
- The bank's own branch locator
- The page on your website is the source other listings copy. Make sure the address, IFSC and phone for each branch match what is on Maps, then correct the locator first and the rest after.
- ATM and cash deposit machine entries
- A customer searching for an ATM near them finds a separate entry. Check that each one is correct, marked as working or closed, and shows the right hours and whether it is inside the branch.
- Justdial, Sulekha and similar directories
- Search for your branch name and fix old addresses or a closed branch that still shows. Treat these as places to correct, not to buy ads in, unless the marketing head approves a campaign.
- Name, address and phone consistency
- Spell the branch name, street, pin code and landline the same way everywhere. Where a branch moved, remove the old address from every listing. A customer who goes to the old premises loses trust in the bank.
- Reviews and questions on each branch profile
- Reply in a polite, general way and never write account details or give financial advice in a public reply. Move the customer to the branch helpline. Do not offer anything for a review.

How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the directory listings work runs
- 1
Audit every listing
We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.
- 2
Complete and correct
Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.
- 3
Build location pages
Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.
- 4
Set up review handling
A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.
- 5
Report and adjust
Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
