Banks · Analytics and reporting

See which branch's marketing is actually converting into new accounts, in plain numbers.

Dashboards and reporting for a bank means a clear, regular view of enquiries, conversions and campaign performance by branch and product, in plain language. It is not a raw data export nobody has time to interpret. GullySales builds and delivers this on an enquiry basis.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What analytics and reporting means

Analytics and reporting is tracking where each enquiry actually came from, be it a search, an advert or a walk-in, instead of guessing which channel is working. GullySales builds this tracking from the first conversation and sends a plain report by enquiry source rather than by activity done.

For banks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Branch-level reporting reveals what a bank-wide average hides”

A bank-wide conversion rate can look acceptable while masking one branch performing very well and another badly, and only branch-level reporting surfaces the difference worth acting on.

  • “Campaign attribution needs to survive a branch visit”

A customer who saw an advertisement online but opened the account in person still needs to be counted against that campaign, or the reporting understates what is actually working.

  • “A monthly cadence matches how banking decisions get made”

Reviewing enquiry and conversion data monthly, rather than only annually, lets a branch adjust its approach to a scheme or a season while it can still make a difference.

What we do

What we deliver for banks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Branch and product enquiry dashboard

A dashboard showing enquiries, conversions and campaign performance by branch and product, in plain language rather than a raw export.

Result: You see which branch is actually converting, not a bank-wide average.

  2. Offline attribution for online research

A method for crediting a campaign when a customer researched online but opened the account in branch.

Result: A campaign's real contribution is counted, not understated.

  3. Report against a recorded baseline

A report comparing this month's enquiries, reply time and conversion against the baseline recorded before the work started.

Result: You can see whether the numbers are actually moving, and from where.

  4. Plain-language summary alongside the data

A short written summary accompanying each report, explaining what changed and why, not just the numbers.

Result: You understand the report without needing to interpret it yourself.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries by source
  • Cost per enquiry by channel
  • Conversion rate by channel

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Fields for each enquiry record

Branch-level reports are only as good as the six fields recorded when the enquiry arrives.

Product and sub-product
Record home loan, Kisan credit, education loan, fixed deposit or NRE deposit, not just the word loan. Reports by product need this on the first line.
Source of the enquiry
Choose from a short fixed list: walk-in, DSA with the DSA's name, website form, WhatsApp, branch listing call, camp or an existing customer's referral.
Branch and officer assigned
Write the branch and the officer who took the enquiry, so a comparison between branches or desks rests on the same fields and not on memory.
Dates for each stage
Log the dates of enquiry, documents received, forwarded for sanction and account opened or loan released, as far as the branch can see them.
Reason when it stopped
Use fixed reasons: customer declined, not eligible, chose another bank, no response. Free text turns into a record nobody can add up.
Consent to be contacted
Note whether the customer agreed to be contacted on WhatsApp or SMS, and for what purpose, so follow-up messages respect what was agreed.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the analytics and reporting work runs

  1. 1

    Understand what counts as success

We agree what a good enquiry looks like for your business before measuring anything.

  2. 2

    Audit current tracking

We check what is already being tracked correctly, half tracked, or not tracked at all.

  3. 3

    Set up shared tracking

Analytics, forms, call tracking and the CRM are connected so an enquiry can be traced to its source.

  4. 4

    Build the reporting format

A single report template is agreed, so every month's numbers are comparable to the last.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Numbers are reported with a recommendation, and campaigns are adjusted based on what the numbers show.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What does the report actually include?
Enquiries and conversions by branch, product and source, in plain language, delivered on a schedule you can act on.
Do we need new software for this?
Often your existing systems have the data, and the work is in organising and presenting it clearly rather than buying a new platform.
Who should see customer-level data in these reports?
Give each person only what the job needs. A branch head sees their own branch. The marketing team sees counts by source and product, not names or account details. Your compliance and information security teams decide what leaves core systems, and partners should receive counts only.
What if the branch cannot see whether a loan was sanctioned?
Sanction usually sits with a central credit team. Ask them for stage and date against the enquiry reference number only, without customer details. If that is unavailable, record the stages the branch can see, such as documents submitted and forwarded, and say in the report what is missing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
