Garage door companies · Search engine optimisation

Organic search sells the new door; the spring call goes to the map.

For a garage door company the emergency search is settled in the map pack, so organic pages earn their keep on replacement doors, openers and the towns you cover. GullySales writes those pages and clears what keeps them off the first screen.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For garage door companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The repair search is not an organic search

Somebody with a car trapped behind a broken spring taps the top of the screen, where the ads block and the map sit. Ranking fifth for that phrase is read by very few of them.

  • Cost pages bring the calls that book

What a spring replacement runs to, what an opener costs, why a door off track is not a weekend job. Give ranges and the reasons they move, and the caller arrives expecting a trip charge.

  • One page per town, written by somebody who has driven there

Naming the subdivisions, the age of the houses and the door styles common there reads nothing like the same paragraph with a town swapped in. The second kind gets filtered out.

  • Door style pages carry the slow money

Nobody searches carriage house doors with a car stuck in the garage, which is exactly why those pages are worth writing. The replacement buyer reads for weeks and starts from photographs.

What we do

What we deliver for garage door companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each town you truly serve

The towns your trucks cover, each naming subdivisions, house ages, the door styles common there and work you have done locally.

Result: Your area pages read like somebody has been there.

  2. Cost pages with honest ranges

Spring replacement, opener replacement, cable and track work and a full door, with the ranges, what moves them and how the trip charge works.

Result: Callers arrive knowing roughly what to expect.

  3. A page for each door style you sell

Steel, insulated, carriage house, glass and wood look, with photographs of the ones you have fitted and what each needs by way of upkeep.

Result: The replacement buyer has something to read for weeks.

  4. Symptom pages for what people type at night

The door that will not close, the opener that hums and lifts nothing, one side hanging lower, the remote working while the wall button does not.

Result: You are the answer somebody finds at eleven at night.

  5. Technical faults cleared from the site

Loading speed on a phone, missing headings, pages a search engine cannot read and links pointing at doors you no longer sell.

Result: The pages you wrote get a fair hearing.

  6. A monthly report by page and by town

Position, calls and forms for each town page and each style page, read against the baseline taken before the work started.

Result: You can see which town might justify another truck.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these garage door companies.

  • Residential repair and service companies running one to five trucks
  • Garage door dealers with a showroom
  • Opener and smart-opener specialists
  • Commercial door companies working rolling steel and dock equipment
  • New construction installers working for homebuilders
  • Spring and cable repair specialists
  • Custom carriage and wood door builders
  • Franchise locations that need local work beyond the brand's leads

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for garage door companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit we listen to a week of your calls. How many rang out, what the price question did to them, and how many replacement quotes were ever sent?

  2. 2

    Win the first call

A dispatcher script that gets past what a spring costs, an arrival window offered every time, and our team taking the overflow in agreed hours.

  3. 3

Sell the door above the repair

A replacement quote sent from the van, a finance option on it, and a follow-up schedule that runs for months.

  4. 4

    Fill the trucks

Local Services Ads, the map pack, reviews collected technician by technician, and replacement advertising where the doors are failing.

  5. 5

    Come back in a year

Tune-up reminders, safety checks and replacement offers to every customer whose door you have already worked on.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are in the map pack already. Why spend on pages?
The map pack mostly covers repair calls near your yard. Pages for the towns at the edge of your area, for door styles and for costs reach the replacement buyer, who reads for weeks. That job is worth many times a spring.
Do city pages for every town in the county work?
Only when each one is written from having worked there: the subdivisions, the house ages, the styles, a job you did. Twenty pages with the town name swapped are what Google filters out. Write the towns your trucks genuinely reach.
Should we give a price over the phone?
Give a range and a reason, never a flat number. A caller who hears one figure compares it with a bait advertisement from a call centre, and a caller who hears nothing dials the next company. The script gets the symptoms first, then gives a range and an arrival window.
How do we sell more new doors without a showroom?
Photograph the ones you fit. A homeowner choosing a door wants to see it on a house like theirs, not in a manufacturer's catalogue. A library of your own installations, sorted by street and style, does more than any brochure. The quote should leave with the technician, with the customer's own door in the photograph.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
