Cardiac hospitals · Local SEO

Appear on the map when a family looks for a heart hospital near them.

Local SEO for a cardiac hospital is the work of showing correctly in Maps and local results when someone searches for a heart hospital, a cath lab or a cardiologist nearby. GullySales works on your Business Profile, listing details and review flow so the map shows facts a family can rely on.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For cardiac hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The listing is read in a panic”

Someone in a bad moment looks at the map for the nearest heart hospital. They check the phone number, the open status and whether the hospital shows a cath lab. A wrong number or a closed label here costs more than anywhere else.

  • “Departments and doctors need their own entries”

A hospital listing alone says little about cardiology. Separate entries or clearly named services for the cardiology department and its senior doctors let a reader find the right door, with the right hours.

  • “Reviews describe the building as much as the care”

Complaints about parking, billing and waiting rooms sit beside praise for the doctor. Replies that deal with the practical complaint in plain words show a reader that someone is listening, without discussing any patient.

  • “Directions at night matter”

A family arriving at night needs the emergency entrance, not the main lobby. Photographs and a description of the emergency approach save minutes that a long map route does not.

What we do

What we deliver for cardiac hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A checked Business Profile

Name, address, phone numbers, services and hours entered and verified, with the emergency line shown only if someone answers it.

Result: The listing shows details that match the hospital.

  2. Service and doctor entries

Cardiology services listed by name, with doctors' consulting hours set where the platform allows.

Result: A reader finds cardiology and not only the hospital name.

  3. Photographs of entrances and facilities

Pictures of the emergency entrance, reception, parking and the outside of the cardiac block, without patients.

Result: A visitor can recognise the place before arriving.

  4. A review request and reply routine

A way to ask visitors for honest reviews, and written replies to complaints that avoid any patient detail.

Result: Reviews are asked for in a steady, respectful way.

  5. Call and direction counts

The profile's own counts for calls, direction requests and website taps, recorded against a starting point.

Result: You can see whether the listing sends people to you.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these cardiac hospitals.

  • Multispeciality hospitals with a strong cardiac department
  • Stand-alone heart hospitals and cardiac centres
  • Hospitals with a 24-hour cath lab and chest pain unit
  • Cardiac surgery centres focused on bypass and valve work
  • Paediatric and congenital heart programmes
  • Hospitals with preventive cardiology and executive health check clinics
  • Heart hospitals attached to medical colleges or trusts
  • Cardiac rehabilitation and heart failure clinics

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we list the emergency line on the profile?
Yes, if a person on duty answers it at all hours shown. An unanswered emergency number does harm. Test it yourself and check the platform's current rules on what a listing may show.
Can we reply to a review about a treatment?
Reply in general terms and never confirm that the reviewer was a patient. Invite them to contact the hospital offline. Advertising and confidentiality rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own adviser.
Do departments get their own profile?
Only where the department has its own address or entrance and the platform's current rules allow it. Otherwise list the services and doctors on the hospital profile and keep names consistent everywhere.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
