Dental hospitals · Buyer persona

Describe the people who decide on dental treatment, and write for each of them.

A buyer persona for a dental hospital is a short, evidence-based description of the person deciding on a treatment, what worries them and what they need to see. GullySales builds personas from your enquiry records and your coordinators' experience, and does not invent them from general ideas about patients.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For dental hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The person paying is not always the patient”

An adult child may bring a parent for implants and pays for them. A parent pays for a teenager's braces. The page and the call must speak to the payer's questions about cost and stages as well as the patient's about comfort.

  • “The emergency patient and the planner are different people”

The patient in pain wants a chair today and decides in minutes. The patient planning a smile makeover compares specialists for weeks. The same website has to serve both without confusing either.

  • “The referring dentist is a persona too”

A general dentist choosing where to send a wisdom tooth or implant case wants a specialist they trust, a clear reply and the patient back for routine care. Their needs differ from any patient's.

  • “Fear of dental treatment is a decision factor”

Some patients put off treatment for years because of an earlier bad experience. A persona that records this fear points to pages and call scripts that explain pain control and the first visit calmly.

What we do

What we deliver for dental hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona sheets from your own records

A one-page sheet for each type of decider, drawn from your enquiry log and conversations with coordinators.

Result: Each persona traces to real enquiries, not guesses.

  2. Question lists for each persona

The ten or so questions each persona asks before booking, in their own words.

Result: The front desk can answer the same questions in the same way.

  3. A map of persona to page

A table showing which page, message and call script serves which persona.

Result: Gaps in your pages become visible.

  4. A referrer profile

A profile of the general dentists who refer to you, what they ask for and what they want to hear back.

Result: Referral briefings address what referrers actually value.

  5. A review after the first enquiries

A check of the personas against the enquiries that followed, with changes noted.

Result: The personas get corrected by what happened.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where does the information for a persona come from?
From your enquiry log, your coordinators and your own patients' questions, gathered with care for privacy. We do not buy generic data or invent profiles.
Do we need many personas?
Only the ones that change what you write or say. For a dental hospital that is a handful, such as the emergency patient, the planner, the parent and the referring dentist.
Does a persona involve patient records?
No. We work from counts and the notes your team writes about enquiries, with consent where needed. Clinical records stay in your systems.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
