Echocardiography centres · Buyer persona

Write down who sends the patient, who brings them and what each needs to hear.

A buyer persona for an echo centre describes the real people who choose it: the referring doctor, the adult patient with a family member, the parent of a child and the surgeon's desk. GullySales interviews your front desk and doctors to write them from what happens.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For echocardiography centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The referrer is the first buyer”

A cardiologist chooses a centre for report quality and for how patients are treated. They rarely read advertising. They listen to a trusted colleague and to patients who come back with a clear report.

  • “The adult patient arrives with a relative”

An older patient is frequently accompanied by a son or daughter who phones, asks the price and decides the slot. The person on the phone and the person on the table are different, and both need an answer.

  • “The parent of a child worries before anything else”

A parent wants to know the test is painless, that they can stay and that the staff are gentle. Price comes after reassurance, and a rushed reply loses the booking.

  • “The pre-operative desk wants speed and a clean report”

A surgeon's or anaesthetist's desk needs a report in a format the theatre team recognises. They value a centre that answers the phone and reports without being chased.

What we do

What we deliver for echocardiography centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Four written personas

A page each for the referring doctor, the adult patient and relative, the parent and the pre-operative desk.

Result: Personas built from your own calls and referrals.

  2. A question list for each persona

What each one asks first, what worries them and what makes them trust or leave.

Result: A list the front desk can recognise.

  3. A message map

For each persona, the first thing to say, the proof to show and the next step to offer.

Result: A one-page reference by reader.

  4. Interviews with your front desk

A short conversation with whoever answers calls, recorded in notes and turned into the personas.

Result: Personas that sound like your real callers.

  5. A review after a period of use

A look at the calls received against the personas, with corrections to the wording.

Result: Personas that change when real calls disagree.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Are personas just guesses?
They are only as good as their source. We write them from your calls, your referral record and conversations with your team, and we correct them when calls differ.
How big a set of personas do we need?
One for each type of person who decides on a booking. For an echo centre that means the referrer, the adult patient and relative, the parent and the pre-operative desk.
Who in the centre should read them?
Everyone who speaks to a patient or a doctor: the front desk, technicians and the reporting doctor. The aim is that each person answers in the same way.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
