Echocardiography centres · Healthcare

Be the echo centre a cardiologist trusts with a report and a patient.

A cardiologist finishes a consultation and says the patient needs a 2D echo. The patient asks where, how much, whether to fast and whether the report will come back to the doctor. If the clinic suggests a centre, the patient goes there. If not, the patient calls two numbers. The one with a clear answer gets the booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph

An echocardiography centre uses ultrasound to image the heart for patients sent by cardiologists, physicians and surgeons. Marketing makes its machines, reporting doctor and booking process easy to find. Sales is the referral relationship and the patient's first call. GullySales prepares the test pages, the booking record and the referrer introductions.

Echocardiography is a referred test, and few people search for it unprompted. The reporting doctor's name carries more weight than the machine. Cardiologists, physicians and paediatricians send patients where the reports read clearly and the staff can settle a frightened adult or a squirming child.

How buyers decide

How echocardiography centres are chosen.

The cardiologist's recommendation is the first filter. Many send patients to a centre where the reporting doctor is known to them, or to the one attached to their own clinic. The patient's own research is shorter: a Google check for a phone number, the price of a 2D echo and whether the centre is near the clinic.

Different echoes bring different buyers. Adult 2D echo comes mostly from cardiologists and physicians. Paediatric echo brings parents and paediatricians who want gentle handling. Stress echo needs a cardiologist on site. Pre-operative echoes come from surgeons and anaesthetists who need a report quickly.

Trust is built on report quality, waiting time and how the staff speaks to patients. A centre that explains the test in plain language, gives a copy of the images when asked and sends the report to the referring doctor without being chased keeps its referrers.

The problem

What usually goes wrong for echocardiography centres.

What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.

  • “Our referrals come from three doctors and we cannot say why”

One cardiologist keeps sending patients while the rest never have. Nobody has asked what those others would need to start.

  • “Patients ring for a price and a time slot and we lose them”

The phone is answered by a busy technician. There is no booking list, so a call that needed a callback is forgotten.

  • “Parents worry about a child's echo and cannot find reassurance”

Our site has the machine name and no page for the child's test, so parents call or choose elsewhere.

  • “Our reporting doctor is our best asset and nobody knows”

The qualifications and experience of the doctor who signs the report hang on the centre's wall and appear nowhere else.

  • “Stress echo is listed but never asked for”

The page lists it as a test name and says nothing about when a doctor asks for it or what the patient should expect.

  • “Doctors hear about us once and then forget”

A card was handed out at a cardiology meeting and there was no note afterwards, so the doctor who took it has no reason to remember the centre.

What we do

What we do for echocardiography centres.

Everything included for echocardiography centres.

  1. A page for each type of echo

Separate pages for adult 2D echo, paediatric echo and stress echo, each saying who refers it, how to prepare, how long it takes and what the patient receives.

  2. A profile of the reporting doctor

A page on the cardiologist who reports, with qualifications, years of practice, the areas of practice and how referring doctors can reach the centre about a report.

  3. Google Business Profile with directions and parking

A listing with the clinic's landmarks, the tests, the reporting doctor's name, opening hours and photographs of a calm, clean room.

  4. A booking and callback record

One list of every call, message and walk-in enquiry with the name, test, referring doctor and a follow-up date.

  5. A referral introduction pack for cardiologists and physicians

A short document with your machines, reporting doctor, report format, how reports reach the referrer as you confirm it, and contact details.

  6. A referrer register

A record of each referring doctor, with a thank-you note and a line on which echo they send most.

  7. An enquiry and referral tally

Bookings by type of echo, set against the referring doctor or channel named on the call.

How the result is measured

  • Calls asking price and slot against bookings made
  • Calls answered against missed
  • Adult, paediatric, stress and fetal echoes booked, counted separately
  • Referring doctors who sent a patient against doctors on the register
  • Referrals by doctor and by type of echo
  • Reports that reached the referring doctor without a chase

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Priority campaigns

Campaigns for what echocardiography centres most want to sell.

Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.

  • Cardiologist and physician introduction

A visit list of cardiologists and physicians in your catchment, each visit carrying the reporting doctor's profile and a sample report layout.

  • Paediatric echo reassurance campaign

A page and short ads for parents, on what happens in a child's echo, how long it takes and how staff handle small children.

  • Pre-operative echo campaign

An introduction to surgeons, anaesthetists and hospital pre-admission desks, with your timing and reporting arrangement.

  • Cardiac check-up package campaign

A WhatsApp and printed note for existing patients and nearby clinics about a package that includes ECG, echo and a cardiologist consultation.

  • Conference and CME presence

Material for cardiology meetings and local medical associations, with a follow-up note to each person who stopped by.

Beyond search

Where we reach buyers of echocardiography centres, beyond Google.

Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.

  • Cardiologists and physicians

Each one is listed with the hospital or clinic they practise at, and the introduction that goes to them carries the reporting doctor's profile.

  • Paediatricians and neonatologists

A note for paediatric echo referrals that says how small children are settled for the scan and who reports.

  • Surgeons and anaesthetists

A short pre-operative pack with the report format, the booking number and the machine used.

  • Obstetricians and fetal medicine doctors

Where fetal echo is offered, a referral sheet that names the reporting doctor and the process, kept off public pages and ads. Fetal echo is a pre-natal test under the PCPNDT Act, so the centre must hold the registration that Act requires, and the wording is left for your own adviser to approve.

  • Hospitals and nursing homes

Smaller hospitals and nursing homes that send echo outside, with a proposal for reports and bedside portable visits.

Who it is for

This is written for these echocardiography centres.

  • Stand-alone echocardiography centres
  • Echo units run by a cardiologist inside a clinic
  • Cardiac diagnostic centres with ECG, Holter and treadmill testing
  • Paediatric echo and fetal echo providers
  • Echo services in a nursing home or hospital without a full cardiac department
  • Mobile or portable echo providers for bedside and home
  • Radiology and diagnostic centres that offer echo as one test
  • Pre-operative echo providers working with surgeons

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for echocardiography centres

  1. 1

List who refers and how bookings are noted

We find out which doctors refer patients, how bookings are written down and what the reporting doctor wants said about the centre.

  2. 2

    Fix the first answer

Callers asking about timing, preparation and price get one scripted reply, and the booking record catches the ones who say they will think about it.

  3. 3

Write the echo pages, doctor profile and listing

One page per type of echo, a profile of the reporting doctor and a clear Google listing.

  4. 4

    Reach referrers

Cardiologists, paediatricians and surgeons each get an introduction with a covering note matched to the echo they would send.

  5. 5

    Keep referrers

A register of who refers what, a thank-you note per doctor, and a review request handed to patients after a visit.

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.

FAQ

Questions echocardiography centres ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can an echo centre advertise to patients directly?
Patients mostly need to find you after a doctor refers them, so test pages and a clear listing carry more weight than wide advertising. Rules for medical advertising differ by state and body and change, so check with your own council or adviser.
How do we get cardiologists to send us patients?
Through an introduction, a clear report format and the sample report a doctor can look at. We prepare these. The referral stays a matter of trust in your reports.
Can we mention fetal echo online?
Keep it off public pages and ads, and describe it only in the sheet sent to obstetricians, as a test done on a doctor's referral. Fetal echo is a pre-natal test under the PCPNDT Act, so the centre must hold the registration that Act requires, and nothing may touch on the sex of the baby. Your own adviser should approve the wording.
Can we use patient reports as proof?
No. Patient reports and images are not used in marketing without written consent, and we advise against it. Describe the process and the reporting doctor's experience instead.
Should the page show the price of an echo?
A patient's first question is price, so a stated charge for a 2D echo answers it before the call. Put up what you charge today and change it when it changes. Rules on displaying fees for medical services differ by state and body, so check with your own council or adviser.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and we tell you which applies to you after we have spoken. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
To start, last month's enquiries in any format and time with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
