Echocardiography centres · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for the booking conversation, the reminder and the doctor's update.

WhatsApp marketing for an echo centre is mostly service messaging: confirming a booking, sending preparation notes and telling a doctor a report is ready. GullySales sets up those messages and the opt-in habits behind them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For echocardiography centres

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families already ask on WhatsApp”

The relative of an older patient sends a photo of the prescription and asks the price. A centre that replies in the same thread, with the charge and the slot, converts the enquiry in one exchange.

  • “Promotion needs permission”

Sending offers to a list that never agreed to receive them irritates people and risks the number. Ask for consent at booking, say what you will send, and check the platform's current rules.

  • “The business account suits a clinic better than a personal phone”

A business number with a profile, hours and quick replies keeps the centre's messages apart from a technician's own chats and survives a change of staff.

  • “Reports and images are sensitive”

Sending a report over a chat means it can be forwarded and kept on a lost phone. Agree with the reporting doctor how reports travel, and keep promotional messages away from anything clinical.

What we do

What we deliver for echocardiography centres.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

A profile with the centre's name, address, hours, the tests offered and a short greeting.

Result: A profile that looks like the centre.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers for price, preparation, timing and directions, approved by the reporting doctor.

Result: The same answer goes out whoever replies.

  3. A booking confirmation and reminder message

A message with date, time, preparation and the address, sent after booking and before the visit.

Result: A confirmation in every booked patient's chat.

  4. An opt-in note

A line at booking asking the patient whether they accept messages, and a record of the answer.

Result: A list of numbers that agreed.

  5. A rule on sharing reports

A written agreement on how reports reach patients and referring doctors, reviewed with your adviser.

Result: A report never leaves by an unplanned route.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these echocardiography centres.

  • Stand-alone echocardiography centres
  • Echo units run by a cardiologist inside a clinic
  • Cardiac diagnostic centres with ECG, Holter and treadmill testing
  • Paediatric echo and fetal echo providers
  • Echo services in a nursing home or hospital without a full cardiac department
  • Mobile or portable echo providers for bedside and home
  • Radiology and diagnostic centres that offer echo as one test
  • Pre-operative echo providers working with surgeons

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers on WhatsApp?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and inside the platform's current rules. For a referred test, service messages matter more than offers.
Should we use a broadcast list for doctors?
A short note to referring doctors who have given their number for this purpose is reasonable. Keep it to useful updates, such as a changed timing or a new test, and let any doctor opt out.
Is it all right to send the report on WhatsApp?
That is a decision for the reporting doctor and your adviser, because of privacy. If you do, send it only to the patient or the referring doctor, never to a group.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
