Multispeciality hospitals · Local SEO

Show up on the map when a family searches for a hospital close to home.

Local SEO for a multispeciality hospital covers the Google Business Profile, map listings, reviews and area pages that decide whether the hospital appears when someone searches nearby. GullySales sets up and maintains these listings for each branch and works with the front desk on how they are used.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For multispeciality hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Distance decides emergencies”

In an emergency the family wants the nearest hospital with a casualty desk. The map listing must show the right address, the emergency number and whether the casualty is open through the night, because a wrong pin costs minutes.

  • “A listing for each department matters”

A patient searching for a nearby orthopaedic surgeon may never type the hospital's name. Department services, doctors' sittings and photographs added to the profile help the right department appear for the right search.

  • “Reviews are read as a whole”

Families read recent reviews for bed availability, billing and the staff at night. A hospital that never answers, or replies with the same line every time, looks inattentive even where the care was sound.

  • “Branches share a name and confuse callers”

A chain with several branches in one state has callers reaching the wrong site. Each branch needs its own listing, phone route and address so a call lands where the patient will actually go.

What we do

What we deliver for multispeciality hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile for each branch

Setup or clean-up of the profile with the right business type, address, hours, emergency details and services.

Result: Each branch has one verified profile with matching details.

  2. Department and doctor service entries

Services and sitting information added to the profile, only for doctors who have approved it.

Result: The profile lists departments the way patients search them.

  3. Review reply guide

A short guide for the hospital team on replying to praise and complaints, avoiding clinical detail about any patient.

Result: Replies follow one policy and protect patient privacy.

  4. Area pages for surrounding localities

Pages for the localities and taluks the hospital draws patients from, with directions and travel notes.

Result: Patients in nearby areas find a page written for them.

  5. Listing consistency check

A comparison of the hospital's name, address and phone across directories, with corrections listed.

Result: The same details appear on every listing.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these multispeciality hospitals.

  • Independent hospitals of 100 to 300 beds with all main departments
  • Hospitals run by a doctors' group or a single founder-surgeon
  • Trust and charitable multispeciality hospitals with paying wards
  • Corporate hospital chains with several branches in one state
  • Second-tier city hospitals that draw patients from surrounding taluks
  • Hospitals attached to a medical college with a private wing
  • Hospitals built around a cluster of visiting consultants
  • Newly opened hospitals still filling departments one by one

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we collect more reviews?
Ask patients and relatives to share their experience through a simple link, and never pay or reward for reviews. Rules on review requests differ by platform, so check the platform's current rules.
What if someone leaves an unfair review?
Reply politely without confirming that the person was a patient, and invite them to contact the hospital. Report reviews that break the platform's rules through its own process. We do not promise removal.
Does each branch need its own phone number?
Yes, where the branch has its own desk. A separate route per branch means callers reach the people who can book them, and the hospital can see which branch each call came to.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
