Multispeciality hospitals · Buyer persona

Know who is actually choosing the hospital before writing a word for them.

A buyer persona for a multispeciality hospital describes the person who decides on admission, which is sometimes a relative and not the patient, and the others who influence the choice, such as a family physician, an insurer or an HR head. GullySales builds the personas from your call records and desk conversations, not from guesses.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What buyer persona means

A buyer persona is a plain description of the kind of customer who actually buys from you. It includes what they search, what worries them and who else they ask before deciding. GullySales builds this from real enquiries and past sales rather than a generic template, then uses it to write every page and advert.

For multispeciality hospitals

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The patient is not always the decider”

For an older parent, the decision sits with a son or daughter, possibly in another city. They read the website, compare estimates and ring the desk. Writing only for the patient misses the person doing the choosing.

  • “The family physician holds the last word”

Families ask their own doctor which hospital to use. That doctor is a persona too, with questions about reachable consultants, information back after discharge and how respectfully patients are treated.

  • “The corporate buyer asks different things”

An HR head or wellness manager wants health check packages, onsite camp capability, panel status and one contact. They compare hospitals on process, and a patient-style page answers none of it.

  • “An emergency family is a separate persona”

The relative of an emergency patient decides on distance, a known casualty desk and a bed. They need an obvious number and a map, not department copy, so this persona gets its own treatment from the planned-care one.

What we do

What we deliver for multispeciality hospitals.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Persona interviews with the desk

Conversations with the call desk, TPA desk and admission staff to list the real questions each buyer asks.

Result: The personas rest on what the hospital hears.

  2. Persona sheets

A one-page profile each for the planned-care family, the emergency family, the referring doctor and the corporate buyer.

Result: Each sheet lists questions, worries and the page that answers them.

  3. Question and objection list

A written list of questions on cost, insurance, distance and doctors, with approved answers from the hospital.

Result: The desk answers each question in one agreed way.

  4. Persona-to-page map

A table linking every persona to the pages, scripts and follow-ups that serve them.

Result: Gaps in the site and the scripts are visible.

  5. Review of the personas

A check of the sheets against newer call records, with changes agreed with management.

Result: The personas reflect the hospital's current enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiry match to persona
  • Conversion rate by persona
  • Content aligned to persona

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these multispeciality hospitals.

  • Independent hospitals of 100 to 300 beds with all main departments
  • Hospitals run by a doctors' group or a single founder-surgeon
  • Trust and charitable multispeciality hospitals with paying wards
  • Corporate hospital chains with several branches in one state
  • Second-tier city hospitals that draw patients from surrounding taluks
  • Hospitals attached to a medical college with a private wing
  • Hospitals built around a cluster of visiting consultants
  • Newly opened hospitals still filling departments one by one

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the buyer persona work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the current view

We start with how your team currently describes the customer, since the gap between belief and reality is often the finding itself.

  2. 2

    Audit past enquiries and sales

We look at recent enquiries and closed deals to see who actually bought, not who was assumed to buy.

  3. 3

    Interview customers and staff

Short, structured conversations surface the real language, worries and triggers behind a purchase.

  4. 4

    Build the personas

Findings are written into short, usable persona documents rather than a long report.

  5. 5

    Apply to your marketing

We show exactly where each persona should change a page, an ad or a script you already have.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a long list of personas?
Four or five personas fit a hospital: the planned-care family, the emergency family, the referring doctor, the corporate buyer and possibly the insurer. More than that adds little to the work.
Where does the information come from?
From your call logs, WhatsApp messages and conversations with the desk. We do not use outside demographic claims and we do not invent patient details.
Does this involve patient data?
We work with enquiry notes with names removed. Patient records stay with the hospital, and handling of personal health data is governed by rules you should confirm with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
