Paediatric clinics · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a parent reads while the child sleeps and the question is still open.

SEO for a paediatric clinic means writing pages that answer what a worried parent types about a baby or child, and making the site easy for search engines to read and trust. GullySales works on those pages, the structure of the site and the doctor's credentials shown on them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For paediatric clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Parents type the symptom, not the speciality”

The search is a baby that will not feed or a rash after a vaccine, rarely the word paediatrician. A site with one services page cannot answer that. Plain pages on the questions parents really ask, each stating when to go to a hospital, give the clinic a way in before the parent has chosen anyone.

  • “Health pages are read for who wrote them”

Parents and search engines both look for the author on medical content. A page reviewed by a named doctor with the registration shown reads differently from an anonymous article. The doctor's review is part of the work and cannot be added as a finishing touch.

  • “A page must not diagnose”

Telling a parent what their child has invites harm and breaks professional norms. Write what a symptom can mean in general terms, what happens at a visit at the clinic, and the signs that mean casualty. Wording of this kind is checked with your own council or adviser.

  • “The vaccine schedule page is looked up again and again”

The same parent returns to the schedule as each dose comes due, so one well-kept page earns repeat visits. Keep it current when the schedule the doctor follows changes, and name the source the doctor follows so the page can be checked.

What we do

What we deliver for paediatric clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A question map built from the desk

A list of the questions parents put to the desk and the doctor, grouped by the child's age, which becomes the list of pages to write.

Result: A written list of questions, each assigned to a page or marked as not for the web.

  2. Pages drafted with the doctor

Short pages in the doctor's voice on newborn care, vaccines, fever, feeding and school forms, each ending with when to go to a hospital instead.

Result: Each page carries the doctor's name and registration and a review date.

  3. A doctor profile page

Qualifications, registration, languages spoken and the way a visit is run, written for a parent deciding whether to trust the clinic.

Result: A page a parent can read to learn who they will meet.

  4. A site structure by age and need

Pages grouped as newborn, infant, toddler, school age and adolescent, with vaccines and forms as their own pages.

Result: A parent lands on a page for their child's stage within two taps.

  5. Links from every page to booking

Each page links to the booking route the desk answers, whether that is a call, WhatsApp or a form.

Result: No page leaves a parent without a next step.

  6. Search queries read from Search Console

The searches the site already appears for, read from the clinic's own Search Console account and set against the starting list.

Result: You can see which questions bring parents to the site.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can a paediatric site write about diseases?
Yes, in general and educational terms, with the doctor's review and without claims about outcomes or comparisons with another doctor. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check wording with your own council or adviser.
Do we need a blog?
Not a blog as such. A small set of kept-up pages on newborn care, vaccines and fever does more than a stream of posts, and each page is easier to review with the doctor.
Why does a hospital site rank above ours?
A large hospital site has many pages and links. A single-doctor clinic competes by answering the narrow question more clearly and by being the nearby, open and answered choice on the map, which is a separate listing job.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
