Paediatric clinics · Social media

Post what a parent would otherwise ask at the desk, in the doctor's own plain words.

Social media marketing for a paediatric clinic means posting short, reviewed information for parents on the channels they already use, and handling the replies with care. GullySales works on the post plan, the wording and the rules about children's photographs and comments.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For paediatric clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A parent awake with a baby is the audience”

Night feeds and fevers put a phone in a parent's hand at odd hours. A short post that answers one question in plain words reaches them then, and the clinic's name is the one they recall when the child needs a doctor later.

  • “A photograph of a child needs the parent's written consent”

A cute picture from the vaccination room feels harmless, yet a child cannot agree to it and the parent may not have been asked. Use illustrations, the clinic itself and the doctor. Keep written consent on file for any image of a child and honour a request to remove it.

  • “Comments become consultations if left alone”

Parents describe their own child's symptoms under a post and ask what to do. Answering with advice is a consultation without a record, and ignoring it feels cold. A standard reply that thanks them, gives general information and invites a call or booking handles both.

  • “The post a parent saves is the one that works”

A vaccine schedule card or a checklist of when to go to a hospital gets saved and shared with the other parent and the grandparent. Posts built to be kept do more for a clinic than posts built to be liked.

What we do

What we deliver for paediatric clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post plan built from parent questions

A list of topics drawn from what the desk is asked, matched to the child's age, with the doctor choosing which to cover.

Result: A written list of topics, each marked approved or not for posting.

  2. Doctor-reviewed captions

Each post checked by the doctor for accuracy and for wording that stays within advertising rules for doctors.

Result: No post goes up without the doctor's mark on it.

  3. A photograph consent form

A one-page form for parents covering where an image may appear and how to withdraw it.

Result: A signed form on file before any child's image is used.

  4. Standard comment replies

Wording for questions about symptoms, fees, timings and vaccines that thanks the parent and points to the booking route.

Result: The desk replies to comments in a consistent, careful way.

  5. Saveable cards for parents

Plain graphics on the vaccine schedule, fever checks and when to go to a hospital, designed to be saved and forwarded.

Result: A set of cards parents can keep on their phones.

  6. A link from every post to a reachable route

Each profile and post leads to a booking route that the desk answers, whether a call, WhatsApp or form.

Result: A parent who follows a post can reach the desk.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform suits a paediatric clinic?
Instagram suits parents who browse and save, and WhatsApp suits parents who already message the clinic. Start with the one the desk can keep up with, and check each platform's current rules for health accounts.
Can we share before and after pictures?
No. Outcome claims and comparisons are not part of what we write for doctors. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check wording with your own council or adviser.
Can the doctor appear in videos?
Yes, a short explanation by the doctor in plain words is the strongest post a clinic has. The doctor reviews the script, and the video carries no promise about a child's recovery.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
