Paediatric clinics · Website

Build a site that tells a worried parent the timings, the doctor and the next step.

A website for a paediatric clinic is the page a parent opens on a phone to confirm the doctor is real, the clinic is open and a booking route works. GullySales plans and writes the pages, and builds them to be read on a weak mobile signal.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 18 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For paediatric clinics

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A visiting card does not answer a worried parent”

A site that lists the doctor's degrees and a map pin leaves the parent with the real questions: is the clinic open this evening, does it give vaccines on site, which languages are spoken, and how do I book. Those answers belong on the first screen, not behind a menu.

  • “The phone is the device and the thumb is the user”

Parents open the site one-handed, while holding a child. A phone number that is tapped to call, a button to open WhatsApp and text that reads at arm's length matter more than a design flourish. Pages should open on a poor signal in a lift or a car park.

  • “Trust is shown with facts, not testimonials”

The doctor's name, registration, qualifications, photographs of the clinic and the way a visit runs build trust. Patient stories and outcome claims do not belong on a doctor's site. Check wording against the rules for your profession and state with your council or adviser.

  • “Every page needs the emergency line”

A parent may land on a page about feeding while the child is getting worse. A fixed line on every page, saying what to do and where to go in an emergency, protects the child and protects the clinic. It also tells a reader that the doctor takes this seriously.

What we do

What we deliver for paediatric clinics.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan for the clinic

Home, doctor, services by age, vaccines, forms and certificates, timings and location, and contact, laid out before any design starts.

Result: A plan the doctor has agreed before pages are built.

  2. A first screen that answers the basics

Timings, whether vaccines are given on site, languages spoken, the phone and WhatsApp buttons and how to reach the clinic.

Result: A parent sees the answers without scrolling.

  3. A doctor page with registration

Qualifications, registration and the way the doctor works with families, in the doctor's own plain words.

Result: A page a parent can read to decide whether to trust the clinic.

  4. A booking or callback route

A short form or button that takes a name, a phone number and a child's age, and reaches a person at the desk.

Result: A request arrives where the desk looks for it.

  5. An emergency line on every page

A fixed notice saying what to do in an emergency and when to go to a hospital, approved by the doctor.

Result: No page leaves a parent without it.

  6. A light build for weak mobile signals

Compressed images, plain layout and few scripts so that pages open on a poor connection.

Result: The site opens on the desk's own phone on mobile data.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a single-doctor clinic need its own site?
Yes, a small one. The listing and social pages direct parents to it for the details they need, and a site you own does not depend on another platform's rules or changes.
Can the site take appointments online?
It can, if the desk answers the requests. A booking form that nobody checks does harm. Start with a callback or WhatsApp route and add a calendar booking only when the desk can keep it current.
Can we show the clinic's photographs and the doctor's?
Yes, with the doctor's agreement. Photographs of children need a parent's written consent, and it is simpler to show the clinic, the vaccination area and the doctor only. Check with your adviser on any use of a child's image.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
