Orthotics and prosthetics makers · Lead generation

Record every call, every referral and every camp contact, and call them back.

Lead generation for an orthotics and prosthetics workshop means bringing in families, clinicians and institutions, and recording where each came from and what happened next. GullySales sets the sources, the callback routine and the follow-up so an enquiry reaches an assessment, not a missed call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For orthotics and prosthetics makers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A first call is a worried family, not a lead”

Someone who rings after hours and hears nothing may not ring again, so the answer on the next working morning matters.

  • “Referrals arrive by phone and are never written down”

A surgeon's assistant rings with a name, and the details live on a slip of paper.

  • “Camp contacts go cold”

A camp produces a list, and the list is not followed within the week, when people still remember it.

What we do

What we deliver for orthotics and prosthetics makers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A fixed list of enquiry sources

Surgeon referral, physiotherapist, hospital, family call, website, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile, camp, NGO and scheme, with each enquiry tagged on the day.

Result: You see which source brings fittings and which only brings calls.

  2. A callback routine with a named person

Who calls back unanswered calls and messages, by which time, and what they say, including an after-hours reply that says when the workshop will call.

Result: A worried family hears from you instead of listening to a ring.

  3. A referral intake form

A one-page form for clinician referrals: patient name and number, the device, the referrer, urgency and consent for contact.

Result: A referral is a record and not a scribble.

  4. A camp capture sheet

A form for each camp visitor with consent for contact, the need and the next step, entered the same week.

Result: People met at a camp are called while they remember.

  5. Qualification questions for the first call

What they need, who referred them, where they live and what has been tried, asked in a plain order without pressure.

Result: The call ends with an assessment date or a clear reason.

  6. Reporting by source

Enquiries, assessments booked and fittings by source, against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You can put your effort where fittings come from.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

Where a limb and brace workshop's enquiries really arrive, what to record and how to reply.

Surgeon or physiotherapist referral
Record the referrer's name, hospital, the device and the patient's consent for contact. Call the family within the working day, and tell the referrer that the patient has been contacted.
A family's call or WhatsApp message
Record the person, the need, the city and how they heard of you. Reply in their language, explain the assessment and offer a date. Never quote a firm price before the clinician has seen the patient.
Google Business Profile calls and directions
Note each call and each direction request. A person who asked for directions and did not arrive deserves one call asking if they need help getting there.
Camp and NGO partner contacts
Enter every person with the camp name, the need and consent for contact. Call within the week. Record who was given an assessment date and who did not need a device.
Hospital or rehabilitation centre enquiry
Record the department, the devices and the quantity asked. Reply with the capability sheet and ask for a visit. These move slowly, so write a next-contact date against each.
Website form and repair enquiries
Record whether the person has an existing device and where it was made. A repair or adjustment can lead to a new fitting, and families remember who helped them.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we buy leads from an online health portal?
Be careful. Leads sold to several providers reach the family many times, and the family may feel pestered. If you try it, record what each lead becomes and judge it by assessments, not by names.
What counts as a qualified enquiry?
A person who needs a device you make, lives within a place you can serve and can be offered an assessment date. A call asking only about price is an enquiry and the next call turns it into a qualified one.
How do we handle duplicates from several sources?
Match on the phone number and keep one record, noting each source. Reply once, from one person. Two calls from two staff on the same day looks careless to a worried family.
Are camps and schemes a legitimate source of patients?
Yes, when run with a partner and with consent for contact. Record each person, what they need and the next step. A camp whose contacts are not followed up has not produced a lead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
