Orthotics and prosthetics makers · Digital marketing

Start with the Business Profile, the device pages and a phone that is answered.

Digital marketing for an orthotics and prosthetics workshop means the Google Business Profile, a page for each device, a WhatsApp number that is answered and a small amount of search advertising. GullySales starts with what a worried family checks first, and leaves the louder channels until these work.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

Last updated 11 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For orthotics and prosthetics makers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Social media gets the effort and the phone gets ignored”

A post about a milestone brings likes, while the caller on a weekday evening reaches voicemail.

  • “Clinicians and families use different channels”

Surgeons arrive through visits and phone calls, and families through search and WhatsApp, so one plan cannot fit both.

  • “Advertising limits shape the channels”

Health and device advertising rules and platform policies restrict claims and images, so quiet and factual channels suit better.

What we do

What we deliver for orthotics and prosthetics makers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete Google Business Profile

Address, hours, categories, services, photographs of the workshop and a number that is answered, set up within Google's current guidelines.

Result: A family searching in your area finds the workshop and can call.

  2. A page for each main device

A page for each device you make with the visit explained and a booking form.

Result: A family finds the device and a way to book.

  3. A WhatsApp number with a reply routine

A business number, a greeting and a person who replies in the families' languages, with an out-of-hours message that says when you will call.

Result: A worried family gets an answer.

  4. A small search campaign

Ads on device and area searches, sending clicks to the matching page.

Result: People searching for a device in your area meet you.

  5. A source record for every enquiry

The channel, page and device on each enquiry, written on the day.

Result: You can see which channel brought a fitting.

  6. A list of what to postpone

Channels that wait: influencer posts, large video series and broad social campaigns.

Result: Effort goes to what a family uses first.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for this trade

Where an orthotics and prosthetics workshop should begin online, in the order to do it.

The Google Business Profile
Set the address, hours, categories and photographs of the workshop and its entrance. Check Google's current guidelines on health businesses. Record calls and direction requests each time you review.
A page for each device and a first-visit page
Write what each device is, who it is for and how a visit works. Add a call button and a short form. Record which pages bring calls and which of those calls become assessments.
A WhatsApp number that is answered
Use a business number and name the person who replies. Set an out-of-hours message. Record every conversation as an enquiry. A family that gets no reply moves on.
A page for referring clinicians
Describe your process, registrations and how referral and updates work. Surgeons check this before sending patients. Record each referral by clinician to see who sends.
Search ads on device and city terms
Start small, in the places you can serve. Send each click to the matching page. Record assessments booked, not clicks, and read the search terms report each time you review.
What to leave until later
Influencer posts, large video series and broad social campaigns can wait. They cost time, face health-content rules and do not replace a profile and pages that answer.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we do this in house or use an agency?
You can answer calls, keep the profile current and take workshop photographs in house. An agency helps with page structure, search ads and tracking. Whoever does it, a clinician reads the final text.
Which channel first on a small budget?
The Google Business Profile and a callback routine for every call. They cost little and decide whether a family reaches you. Add a device page next, then a small search campaign.
How do we tell what worked?
Ask every new patient how they heard of you and write it down. Compare with fittings completed. A source that brings calls but no assessments is not working, whatever the dashboard shows.
Do ads and organic search work together?
Yes. Search ads send people to the device pages, and the same pages are what organic search finds. Improve the page first, then pay to send people to it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
