Orthotics and prosthetics makers · Website

Build a site that tells a worried family what happens, and tells a surgeon who is behind the work.

A website for an orthotics and prosthetics workshop is where a family reads what the visit involves and a clinician checks who will make the device. GullySales builds a fast, mobile-first site with a page for each device, a first-visit page and a clinician page, written in your families' languages and cleared against your professional rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

Last updated 11 Oct 2026. Rules for this trade differ by state and professional body, and they change. We describe restrictions in general terms, so check the current position with your own council or adviser before you publish anything.

For orthotics and prosthetics makers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site shows devices, not people”

A family and a surgeon both want to know who the clinician is and what they are qualified to do.

  • “It was built for a laptop and is read on a phone”

A parent on a bus reads it on mobile data, and a heavy page with a hidden phone number loses them.

  • “Photographs expose patients or show nothing”

Workshops either put up patient photographs without clear consent or use stock images of limbs that look nothing like theirs.

What we do

What we deliver for orthotics and prosthetics makers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each device

What it is, who it is for, how the visit works and how it is reviewed, in the same layout for each device.

Result: A family finds the device and understands the process.

  2. A first-visit page

What to bring, who sees the patient, what is agreed and how to book, with a phone and WhatsApp button on every screen.

Result: A worried family sees what will happen before they ring.

  3. A people page

Each clinician with their qualification and professional registration as held, and what they do.

Result: A family and a referrer know who will make the device.

  4. A clinician and institution page

Your process, capacity, referral route and ordering method, with a short form.

Result: A surgeon or a hospital finds what they need to refer or buy.

  5. A map, access and hours section

The address, parking, step-free access, hours and directions, matched to your Business Profile.

Result: A family with limited mobility knows they can reach you.

  6. Tracking of calls, forms and WhatsApp taps

Every enquiry tagged with the page and source and written to your enquiry record.

Result: You know which page brought the call.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a family and a clinician each look for on an orthotics and prosthetics site, and how to show it.

Who will make the device
Name each clinician with qualification and professional registration as held, and a photograph with permission. Show only what you can prove if a council or a family asks.
What the first visit involves
A plain page listing what to bring, who sees the patient and what is decided that day. Add the languages the clinician speaks. A family that knows the visit books it.
How you follow up after fitting
Say that adjustments and reviews are part of the work and how a family reaches you after delivery. Do not state a fixed number of visits or any period that the clinician has not agreed.
How to reach and get to the workshop
Put the address, access, hours and a map where a person with limited mobility can read them. Say whether you have a ramp, a lift and parking. It answers a worry before it is spoken.
A route for referring doctors
Show how a clinician sends a patient and how the doctor is updated. Add a referral form and a direct line. This page decides whether a surgeon refers.
What the site must never show
No before-and-after photographs, no outcome claims and no patient's face or story without written consent. Agree a short list of banned words with your adviser and check new pages against it.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the website show prices?
Say what a price depends on, such as level, components and visits, and invite a call or an assessment for a written estimate. A single rate misleads and silence on cost loses families.
Which languages should the site be in?
English for clinicians and the local language of your families for the pages they read. Add a language only when you can answer calls and messages in it.
How do we show our work without patient photographs?
Show the workshop, the materials, the tools and the clinician at work, and use patient images only with written consent that says where they will appear. Keep the faces and names out unless the patient agreed.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You should. The domain is registered in your name with your email as owner, and you hold the logins and files. Check this before signing any website contract.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
