Cook placement agencies · Website

Give a worried family a site that explains how you choose and trial a cook.

A website for a cook placement agency is the place where a family checks that you are real, sees which cuisines and areas you cover and asks for a cook. GullySales plans the pages, the enquiry form and the wording of your terms, and builds them to be read on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For cook placement agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families visit on a phone”

A household searching in the evening opens your site on a mobile screen. A heavy page, small text or a form that asks too much sends them back to the results.

  • “A site must prove a real agency”

A family that is deciding whether to let a stranger into the kitchen looks for who you are, where you work and how you handle problems. Missing details read as a missing agency.

  • “Terms hidden in a PDF go unread”

Trial and replacement terms are what settle the decision. Terms on the page, in plain language, are read. Terms in a file are not.

  • “One form does not suit both audiences”

A household, a PG owner and a cook want different things. A single contact form that asks everything puts them all off. Separate entrances, each with a short form, work better.

What we do

What we deliver for cook placement agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure for the agency

Home, cuisines, areas, how it works, terms, for bulk kitchens, for cooks and contact, planned around your real services.

Result: Each visitor has a page written for their purpose.

  2. A short enquiry form per audience

Three short forms, for households, bulk kitchens and cooks, that ask only the questions you use.

Result: A form takes little time to complete on a phone.

  3. Trial and replacement page

A page that states how the trial and replacement work, written with you and kept consistent with your practice.

Result: A family can read your terms before calling.

  4. Click-to-chat and call buttons

Prominent buttons for WhatsApp and calling placed where a visitor decides.

Result: Reaching you takes one tap.

  5. Trust details

Who you are, your service areas and the way you check cooks, stated only as far as you actually do it.

Result: Your site claims what you can back up.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these cook placement agencies.

  • Regional cuisine cooks such as Udupi, Andhra, Kerala and North Indian
  • Live-in cooks

  • Cooks for PGs and hostels
  • Tiffin and canteen kitchen cooks
  • Cooks for events and small functions

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be improved?
Read the existing site first. If the pages and terms are sound, restructure and add the cuisine pages. Rebuild only if the structure blocks what a family needs to do.
Can we show photographs of cooks?
Only with the cook's clear agreement, and consider whether names and faces are needed at all. Some agencies describe cuisines and experience instead.
Can we say our cooks are verified?
Only if you carry out the checks and keep records. We write what you really do, such as meeting each cook and noting references, and no more.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
