Pet training services · Digital marketing

Put the right channel behind each stage of an owner's search for help.

Digital marketing for a pet trainer is the set of channels, search, Maps, video, messaging and ads, that carry an owner from a dog problem to a booked assessment. GullySales works on which channels to use, what each one says and how they point to the same first call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For pet training services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel is tempting and few fit”

Ads, reels, a blog and a newsletter all look attractive. A solo trainer who covers a few localities needs the ones that reach nearby owners with a problem, and should leave the rest.

  • “The owner moves across channels before booking”

They see a clip, search the problem, open the Maps profile and then message on WhatsApp. If these four say different things, the trust built in one is lost in the next.

  • “Ads on the general word waste the budget”

An ad for dog training reaches the curious and the passing. An ad on the specific problem, pointing to the page written for it, reaches the owner who needs you this week.

  • “A channel with no tracking is a guess”

Without a note of where each enquiry came from, a reel that brought three bookings looks the same as one that brought none. The log is what lets you stop paying for noise.

What we do

What we deliver for pet training services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your area

A choice of channels based on where your owners search and ask, with the reason for each and what to leave out.

Result: A written plan that names the channels and the ones to skip.

  2. One message across all channels

The same description of your method, area and booking route, used on the page, profile, social accounts and messages.

Result: An owner meets the same trainer on every channel.

  3. Problem-led ads

A small set of ads on specific problems, each sent to the page written for it.

Result: Each ad points to a page that matches it.

  4. A source note on every enquiry

A field recording where the owner found you, filled in on the first call.

Result: You can see which channels bring bookings.

  5. A review of spend against bookings

The ad cost set against assessments and packages, read from your own records.

Result: You can decide which spend to keep.

  6. A single landing route to the first call

The same booking path from every channel, ending in an assessment slot.

Result: Every channel ends in one clear action.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these pet training services.

  • Puppy socialisation and basic obedience classes
  • Behaviour trainers for aggression, anxiety and fear
  • Home-visit trainers working one to one
  • Board and train programmes at a kennel
  • Training for Indie and rescue dogs
  • Guard and protection dog trainers
  • Agility and sport training clubs
  • Trainers who work with society and apartment dog-owner groups

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should a dog trainer run paid ads?
Try them once the problem pages and the first-call routine are working. Ads send owners to a page, and a weak page wastes the spend. Start small and read the result against bookings.
Which channel matters most?
For a trainer it is search and Maps for the owner who needs help now, with video for trust. Your own enquiry log will show which one brings bookings in your city.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
