Water and fire damage restoration companies · Website

A restoration website has one job at midnight: get the phone call made.

A website for a restoration company is the page a homeowner opens, on a phone, while the loss is still happening. GullySales works on making that page answer the call-or-leave decision, and on county and service pages that match what people search.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For water and fire damage restoration companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The phone number is the page”

A visitor in an emergency reads the top of the screen and nothing else. A tap-to-call number that stays in view and a plain line saying a crew can be sent beats a gallery of finished jobs.

  • “One page for everything loses every search”

Water, fire, mould and sewage are different searches with different fears. A single services page cannot answer all of them, so each loss type needs its own page that names the situation the visitor is standing in.

  • “Counties and towns need their own pages”

A person searches for the place they live. A page for each county or town you actually serve, with the real address of your nearest depot or crew, reads as local and avoids a thin list of place names.

  • “The rebuild is invisible on the site”

Restoration sites stop at the dry-out. A reconstruction page with finished work, the licence you hold and what the process looks like gives the homeowner and the referrer a reason to keep the whole job with you.

What we do

What we deliver for water and fire damage restoration companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Emergency-first home and service pages

Pages for water, fire, mould and sewage losses that open with the call button and the immediate steps, then explain what your crew does.

Result: A visitor in a loss reaches the phone in one tap.

  2. County and town pages for your real territory

A page for each area your crews reach, with the depot, the types of loss you handle there and no copied filler between them.

Result: Searches by place find a page that is about that place.

  3. A reconstruction section

A page on the rebuild with photographs, your licence details, the scope process and how it follows the mitigation job.

Result: The homeowner sees a path from dry-out to finished rooms.

  4. A page for property managers and partners

A page describing the priority response arrangement, the single contact and how to start, written for managers, agents and trades.

Result: A partner can understand your offer without calling first.

  5. Call and form tracking

Tracked numbers and forms for each page and campaign, tied to the lead record so each loss shows where it came from.

Result: You can say which pages produce calls.

  6. Photographs and licence details in place

Your own photographs, with customer consent, and the licences and certifications your company holds, shown where a cautious visitor looks.

Result: Visitors can see who they are about to let into the house.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show photographs of customers' damaged homes?
Only with the owner's written permission, and with the address and identifying detail removed. A loss is a private event. Photographs of your equipment, crew and finished work do the job without exposing anyone.
Do we need a separate site for each service?
No. One site with a clear page for each loss type and each area is easier to keep accurate and gives search engines one place to understand your company. Separate sites split your reviews and your effort.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
