Waterproofing and roofing contractors · Digital marketing

Fill November to March, or lose the team you trained in July.

Digital marketing for a waterproofing or roofing contractor is the plan that pulls demand forward into the dry months and keeps the crews paid in the flat ones. GullySales sets the calendar against the monsoon, gives each channel an owner, and reports inspections and jobs by month.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Realistic editorial illustration of waterproofing and roofing contractors at work in India

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For waterproofing and roofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your year has two dead quarters and one impossible one”

July fills itself and cannot be served. December is empty. The plan exists to move work out of one and into the other.

  • “Cool roof coating is the work that fits the gap”

Top-floor flats and factory sheds become unbearable in March and April, exactly when your team has capacity and every surface is dry.

  • “Committees budget in the months nobody markets to them”

An association sets its year in January for work in April. Reaching the secretary in June means reaching him after the vote.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing and roofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A calendar drawn against the monsoon

What runs from January to May, what runs through the rain, and what fills November and December, with the budget marked against each stretch.

Result: The team has work in the months nobody plans for.

  2. Association budget season worked in January

Committee outreach, building inspection offers and general body presentations timed to when associations actually set the year's spending.

Result: You reach the secretary before the vote.

  3. Summer work lined up during the dry weeks

Cool roof and heat insulation pages, ads and past-customer messages ready in February, aimed at top-floor flats and hot factory sheds.

Result: March and April stop being a wait.

  4. One owner and a fixed slot in the office

The work given to whoever handles quotations, with a short list each week and the drafting already done for them.

Result: Marketing survives the week the rain starts.

  5. Chemical brand support claimed rather than left

The applicator leads, warranty backing and co-branded material your brands offer, asked for and tracked instead of forgotten.

Result: Support you are entitled to turns into enquiries.

  6. A report showing the season curve

Inspections, quotations, jobs won and bookings by month, set against the baseline recorded before work began.

Result: You can see whether demand really moved earlier.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start for contractors

Book inspections in the dry months, and show old jobs that prove the warranty.

A Maps profile with dated job photographs
Add terrace, bathroom and basement jobs with the year each was done. Count calls and direction requests.
An inspection report with photographs
Send each inspection with photographs of the damp patch, the cause and the scope proposed. Record how many reports become approved jobs.
A quote follow-up sheet
Enter each quote with date and follow-up date, and call until it is answered. Note the reason a job was lost.
A page for cool roof coatings
Write one for summer heat, with the surface it suits and how the job runs, so the dry months have work behind them.
An association list with budget dates
List the apartment associations you have quoted, with the month each plans its works. Call before that month, not after.
What to leave until later
Paid ads in the busy rains can wait, as the crews are already full. Spend the effort on the dry-month bookings.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What do we run in November and December?
Cool roof and heat insulation for the coming summer, factory re-roofing for the shutdown season, and warranty checks on your own past jobs. Those three keep a crew employed while nobody is thinking about rain.
Who owns this when the owner is on site all day?
One person in the office with a fixed weekly slot, usually whoever prepares quotations. We do the writing and the reporting, and the owner approves each piece instead of writing it.
Should we show the warranty period online?
Only the warranty you will honour, with what it covers and what voids it, in plain words. Pair it with dated photographs of older jobs and a contact in the building. A warranty without proof reads as a claim.
Do we need Google Ads in the busy weeks?
If the crew is full, paying for clicks you cannot serve wastes money and frustrates callers. Put the effort into a waiting list with dates and an inspection slot in the dry months. Record the callers you turned away so the number is visible.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
