Waterproofing and roofing contractors · Website

Build the site around the stain on the ceiling, not around a list of products.

A website for a waterproofing or roofing contractor is where an owner or committee checks that the firm is real, sees terraces that stayed dry and books an inspection. GullySales plans the pages around problems and buyers, puts proof on every page and makes the booking step work on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For waterproofing and roofing contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives with water on the floor”

They open the page on a phone, standing in a wet room, wanting to know three things: do you handle this, can you come, and have you done it before. A home page full of company history answers none of them.

  • “Four buyers share one site and need separate doors”

A homeowner with a leaking bathroom, an association secretary, a builder planning a podium and a plant engineer re-roofing a shed look for different proof. One page speaking to all four convinces none of them.

  • “Proof is the whole point of the site”

Dated photographs of terraces still dry, the system named, the warranty in plain words and the applicator letter from the chemical maker. A page of adjectives gets compared with the next contractor; a page of finished terraces gets rung.

  • “The wet season is the heaviest traffic and the worst signal”

Visitors arrive in rain, on weak mobile data. Photographs that take long to load and buttons that are hard to tap lose the call to the contractor whose page opened first.

What we do

What we deliver for waterproofing and roofing contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each problem and each buyer

Terrace leaks, bathroom seepage, basement dampness, shed roofing, heat insulation, and separate entries for committees, builders and factories.

Result: Each visitor lands on a page about their own situation.

  2. Proof built into every page

Dated job photographs, the system and brand named, a short account of what was found and done, shown with the owner's permission and no flat numbers.

Result: The reader can see the work, not just read about it.

  3. An inspection booking form that asks for photographs

Name, locality, floor, building age, the problem and an upload for pictures, with a choice of day, sent straight to the person who books the diary.

Result: The enquiry arrives ready for an inspection.

  4. A separate enquiry form for factory roofing

Roof area, current sheet type, what the shed is used for and the shutdown window, asked before a rate is discussed.

Result: Sales can tell a warehouse re-roof from a small shed.

  5. A warranty page in plain words

What is covered, for how long, what the owner must avoid on the treated surface and how a claim is raised, matching the paper you hand over.

Result: Nobody finds the site promising more than the contract.

  6. A site that opens quickly on a phone

Compressed photographs, a tap-to-call button, a chat button and the dead links and stray pages left behind by earlier builders removed.

Result: A visitor in poor signal still reaches the number.

  7. Tracking from the page to the job

Calls, forms and chat taps recorded with the page they came from, then matched to inspections and approved jobs.

Result: You see which page fills the diary.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
Look at what exists first. A site with real job photographs and sound pages needs its structure and speed fixed. A single page of services with stock images should be rebuilt around problems and buyers.
Should the site show prices?
Explain what changes a quotation: the area, the state of the surface, the system and the warranty you give. Leave the single bare rate off the page, since it invites comparison with a thinner product.
How do we show old jobs if owners do not want addresses public?
Name the locality and the building type, and leave out the street and flat number. Ask the owner's permission for the photographs and keep that permission in the job file.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
