Adventure tour companies · Content marketing

Write the guides a first-time trekker reads before deciding to book.

Content marketing for an adventure tour company is publishing the practical material a first-timer reads before booking: preparation, gear, fitness, safety and what a day on the trail looks like. GullySales works on choosing the subjects, writing them in the guides' own knowledge and tying each piece to a trip.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For adventure tour companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The guide knows what the beginner is afraid of”

Altitude, cold nights, a bad knee, the toilet situation. These are the questions asked on every first call, and each answered in writing becomes a page that earns trust before the call.

  • “Generic travel posts compete with the entire internet”

A post about the best places for adventure has a thousand rivals. A post on how a group is briefed before the Roopkund crossing has only the operator who wrote it.

  • “Seasons set the publishing order”

Monsoon trek preparation must be live before the first rains, and winter gear guides before the first snow batches open. Content published after the season has passed is wasted.

  • “Content that does not point to a trip goes nowhere”

A reader finishes the gear checklist and then has no next step. Each piece ends at a batch, a date or an enquiry, not at a closing line.

What we do

What we deliver for adventure tour companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list built from real questions

The questions asked on calls and chats collected and grouped into guides, one subject per article.

Result: Each article answers something customers actually asked.

  2. Preparation guides per trip

Fitness build-up, packing list and what the first night feels like, written for each route.

Result: A booked trekker arrives prepared.

  3. Guide profiles

Short pieces on each guide's training, years on the route and how they make the turn-back call.

Result: Safety has names and faces.

  4. A season calendar for publishing

A plan that places each guide before the month in which its readers search.

Result: Pieces go live ahead of the season.

  5. Trip reports from real batches

Account of a completed trek with the weather, the pace and what the group found hard.

Result: Prospects read what really happens.

  6. Links from every piece to a batch

A closing section that sends the reader to the relevant trip page and the next date.

Result: Reading leads to an enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write our content?
Someone must put the guide's knowledge on paper. The guides can talk, and a writer can shape it into plain English. GullySales works on that translation, with you checking that the facts are right.
Do we need video as well as articles?
Video shows the trail and the group, and articles answer questions in text that search engines read. The same material can serve both. Start with the format your guides find easy to produce.
Can we reuse the same content on Instagram?
Yes, cut into short pieces: one packing tip, one safety explainer, one route fact. Keep the full guide on your site so that it can be found by search.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
