Adventure tour companies · Local SEO

Be the operator a Bengaluru, Pune or Delhi traveller finds when searching near home.

Local SEO for an adventure tour company is the work of appearing in map results and city searches for the people who start and book from your base. GullySales works on the profile, the meeting point information and the review flow behind that listing.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For adventure tour companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Weekend travellers search from their own city”

"Weekend trek near Pune" is a local search even though the trek is in the hills. The company with a profile in that city, a pickup point and recent reviews from that city appears first.

  • “The meeting point is part of the product”

Travellers ask where the bus leaves, where to park and who to look for. A listing that shows a precise pin and photographs of the pickup spot removes the hesitation that cancels at the last minute.

  • “Diving and water sports centres are visited, so the map matters most”

A scuba or rafting base has a door customers walk into. Hours, a pin on the water side and photographs of the equipment room decide whether a nearby tourist taps for directions.

  • “Reviews on the profile are read like trip reports”

A nervous first-timer scans the reviews for the words guide, safe and beginner. A profile with only star ratings and no text gives them nothing to trust.

What we do

What we deliver for adventure tour companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified business profile for each base

A separate profile for the office, the dive centre or the pickup base, with correct address, hours and services.

Result: The map shows where to find you.

  2. A meeting point written and pinned

The exact pickup location with landmark, parking note and a photograph, placed on the profile and on trip pages.

Result: Fewer calls ask where the bus leaves.

  3. Service listings by trip

Each trek, raft run or dive course entered as a service with a short description and a booking link.

Result: The profile reads as a menu of trips.

  4. A review ask on the journey home

A request made on the return bus or at the dive centre desk, with the link ready to tap.

Result: Recent reviews come from people who just completed a trip.

  5. Replies to every review

A written answer to each review, including those about delays or weather, saying plainly what was done.

Result: A hesitant reader sees how problems are handled.

  6. Photographs from real batches

Group photos taken with consent, the briefing in progress and the gear on display, added to the profile.

Result: The profile shows real trips.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We run trips far from our office. Does a city profile still matter?
Yes, because travellers search from where they live and choose a company they can phone and meet. The profile belongs to your base, while trip pages carry the destinations.
Can we list the trek destination as our address?
Check the platform's current rules on business location. A profile is for a place where the business operates, and misusing it can lead to suspension. List your base and describe the destinations in the services.
Should we ask guides to leave reviews?
No. Reviews should come from customers who took the trip. Asking staff or friends to post puts the profile at risk and weakens trust in the real ones.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
