Adventure tour companies · Lead generation

Fill the next batch with people who asked about the trek and meant it.

Lead generation for an adventure tour company is the work of turning a curious scroller into a named person who asks about a specific batch, date and price. GullySales works on the trip pages, the enquiry routes and the sorting of who is ready to book.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For adventure tour companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A trek enquiry is a question about fear before it is a question about price”

The first message reads "is it safe for a beginner?" The company that answers with the guide's training, the grade of the route and the turn-back rule keeps the lead. The one that sends a rate card loses it.

  • “Leads arrive from a dozen places and land in one phone”

Instagram replies, a call from a college friend, a form on the site and a forwarded poster all end as chats. Without one list, the same person is asked twice and another is never answered.

  • “Seats are limited, so a lead is only worth something against a date”

An enquiry with no batch attached is hard to chase. Each lead should carry the trip, the date, the headcount and whether friends are joining, because a group of four fills a batch faster than four singles.

  • “The off-season needs a different kind of lead”

Monsoon closes the mountain routes, and the team sits idle. That is the time for corporate outings, school camps and pre-booked winter departures, each of which needs a different first message from a weekend trekker.

What we do

What we deliver for adventure tour companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One enquiry route per trip page

Each trip page carries a WhatsApp button and a short form that asks for the date, the headcount and prior experience.

Result: Every lead arrives already tied to a batch.

  2. A saved first reply for the nervous beginner

A written answer covering the guide, the grade, the gear list and the weather call, ready to send in one tap.

Result: The first message answers the safety question in the buyer's own words.

  3. A single lead sheet

One shared list of every enquiry with its source, trip, date and status, kept by the person who answers the phone.

Result: Nobody is asked the same question twice.

  4. Sorting by readiness

A plain marking of who asked for dates, who asked for a discount and who only wanted an itinerary.

Result: Calls go first to those who named a date.

  5. A corporate and school enquiry sheet

A separate intake for HR heads and teachers, asking headcount, preferred dates, budget band and invoice details.

Result: The off-season quote starts from complete facts.

  6. A source column that is filled in

Each lead records where they heard of you, from a reel, a friend, a search or a past trek.

Result: You can see which source brought people who paid.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we run paid ads to get trek leads?
Run them only once the trip page and the reply are ready, or the money buys messages you cannot convert. Start with one trip and one date, and read which leads paid before adding another. Check each platform's current rules for travel advertising.
How do we handle leads who only ask for the price?
Send the price with what it includes and excludes, then ask which date suits and how many are travelling. A buyer who answers is a lead. One who goes quiet may return at the next batch, so keep the name.
Where do school and corporate leads come from?
From direct outreach to HR heads, school activity coordinators and college clubs, plus past participants who now work at companies. Prepare the safety plan and the invoice format first, since they ask for both.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
