Business hotels · Digital marketing

Match each channel to the person who books: the desk, the traveller or the family.

Digital marketing for a business hotel is the joined-up use of search, maps, email, messages and advertising to reach corporate desks on weekdays and local households at weekends. GullySales works on deciding which channel does which job, and on connecting them to the sales manager's calls.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For business hotels

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two businesses share one building”

The Tuesday guest is a corporate traveller and the Saturday guest is a family. They search differently, trust different things and respond to different offers, so one message for both reaches neither.

  • “Advertising pays when the need is tonight”

A search for a hotel near a hospital or plant, made that evening, is worth an advertisement. A search for a corporate rate by an admin team is better answered by a call from your sales manager.

  • “Email reaches desks that will not click”

An admin head will read a short email with a rate sheet attached, and forward it. Social posts and banners are scrolled past, so the email carries the offer.

  • “Channels need a handover”

An advertisement that sends a click to a general homepage wastes the spend. Each channel should end in a specific page, number or form that a person at the hotel answers.

What we do

What we deliver for business hotels.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer

A one-page plan that says which channels are used for desks, travellers, meeting-room buyers and weekend families.

Result: Each channel has a stated purpose and an owner.

  2. Search ads for last-minute stays

Advertisements for searches around named parks, plants and hospitals, each with its own landing page.

Result: The traveller searching tonight reaches a page about that place.

  3. Email to corporate contacts

A short email with the rate sheet and meeting-room offer, sent to the admin and HR heads on your list.

Result: A desk holds your offer in their inbox.

  4. A weekend campaign for locals

WhatsApp and Instagram messages for family stays and celebrations, aimed at past guests and nearby households.

Result: Weekend rooms are sold to a separate audience.

  5. A single enquiry log

Every call, form and message recorded in one place, marked with the channel it came through.

Result: You can see which channel brought which enquiry.

  6. A review of spend against bookings

Advertising cost set beside the bookings logged from each channel, read by you and us together.

Result: You decide where the next rupee goes from your own records.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small business hotel start?
With the Google Business Profile and a clear corporate offer. Both cost little, both reach people who are ready to book, and both give the sales manager something concrete to follow up.
Is online advertising worth it for us?
For tonight's stays near named places, advertising is a sensible test. Set a spending limit you can afford, track the calls and bookings it brings, and stop if the log shows nothing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
