Business hotels · WhatsApp marketing

Give regular guests and admin desks one number that books a room.

WhatsApp marketing for a business hotel is the use of one business number for corporate enquiries, repeat bookings and reminders to guests who have already stayed. GullySales works on the number, the replies and the messages, so that a regular traveller books direct without opening an app.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For business hotels

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Regulars already have your number”

The engineer who stays six times a year has saved the hotel's name in their phone. A message to that number costs nothing, while the same booking through an app costs you a commission.

  • “Admin desks send a message, not an email”

An executive arranging rooms for a visiting team asks on WhatsApp for rates and availability, because the answer arrives in the same chat as the rest of their day.

  • “A personal number is a risk”

If the sales manager uses a personal phone, the chat history leaves when they do. A business number on a shared device keeps every conversation with the hotel.

  • “Messages must be wanted”

Sending offers to every number in the register annoys business travellers and risks the number being blocked. Send to people who asked or stayed, and say what the message is for.

What we do

What we deliver for business hotels.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business number set up

A business profile with hotel name, address, hours, a catalogue of rooms and quick replies, run from a shared device.

Result: One number carries every enquiry.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Ready answers on rates, check-in, breakfast, GST invoice and directions, written in plain language.

Result: The first reply goes out in the hotel's own words.

  3. A direct booking message

A short message to past guests with a booking link and a small benefit, such as early check-in.

Result: A regular has a reason to message you first.

  4. A group-enquiry flow

Questions that collect dates, rooms, site visited and billing details when a desk first writes in.

Result: The quote starts with every fact it needs.

  5. Rules on who receives what

A written list of which guests may get messages, for what reason, and how they can stop them.

Result: The hotel does not message anyone who would object.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send a bulk offer to our guest list?
Only to guests who have agreed to hear from you. Check the platform's current rules and approved message formats before sending anything in numbers, and give recipients an easy way to stop.
Should the number be on the key card?
Yes, along with the booking link. A guest who had a good stay has the number in hand at the exact moment they might book again.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
