Cloud kitchens · Search engine optimisation

Search should send hungry customers to your brand, not only to the app listing.

SEO for a cloud kitchen is the work of making a brand's own pages and listings appear when someone searches for a dish, a cuisine or a caterer in the area it serves. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the brand names that let each of your brands be found by name and by dish.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For cloud kitchens

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers type a dish and an area”

Someone hungry searches for a biryani, a diet lunch box or an eggless cake near them. A kitchen with no page of its own can only hope the app listing appears. A page that names the dish and the area gives the brand a second way in.

  • “Brand names that nobody can spell are lost”

A virtual brand with a clever invented name is hard to type, hard to remember and easy to confuse with another. If a customer cannot spell it after seeing it on the app, they cannot search for it later.

  • “Each brand needs its own search presence”

When four brands share one page, search engines and customers see one muddled kitchen. A separate page for each brand lets the biryani brand be found for biryani and the dessert brand for cakes.

  • “Corporate search is a different search”

An office admin looks for a lunch box supplier or a caterer for a team meeting. Those searches reward a page that shows sample menus, how an order is placed and what an invoice looks like.

What we do

What we deliver for cloud kitchens.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search map for each brand

A list of dishes, cuisines and catering phrases that people in your delivery area search for, matched to the brand that sells them.

Result: A sheet that lists each brand beside the searches it should answer.

  2. A brand page for each brand

A page with the menu, ordering route, area served and a clear name, written for people and for search engines.

Result: Search your brand name and see which page of yours answers.

  3. A corporate lunch page

A page for office buyers with sample menus, how a trial meal works and how to request a quote.

Result: Send the link to an admin and ask whether it answers their questions.

  4. Page titles and descriptions

The line that appears in search results for each page, written with the dish, brand and area.

Result: Read your search listing aloud and it tells a stranger what you sell.

  5. A search review

A look at which pages are found, which are missed and what to write next.

Result: A short note with the pages to add and the ones to rewrite.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is SEO worth it when the apps bring the orders?
The apps bring orders today, and search builds a route the kitchen owns. A page that ranks for a dish costs no commission when someone orders from it. We cannot promise any ranking.
Do we need a separate website for every brand?
Not always. One site with a clear page for each brand can work, if the pages are distinct. We look at your brands and advise on the structure.
Can SEO help the app listing rank?
App search follows the platform's own rules, which change. We work on your listing content and ratings responses, and check the platform's current rules before suggesting changes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
