Farm stays · Content marketing

Write what a city family wants to know before they drive to the farm.

Content marketing for a farm stay is the set of pages, guides and videos that answer a visiting family's questions before they ask them. GullySales works on choosing the subjects, writing them in the farm's own voice and placing them where guests look.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For farm stays

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The guest is deciding before they message”

They read about the season, the food, the children's activities and the safety of the place. The farm that answers those questions in writing gets the enquiry; the one that says come and see gets a scroll past.

  • “The farm story is usually told in adjectives”

Peaceful, organic, authentic. A reader learns nothing from these. A page about how the mango trees are grown, who picks them and what a child does in the orchard teaches the reader and earns their trust.

  • “One article can serve a school and a family”

A guide to a day on the farm can be read by a parent planning a Saturday and a teacher planning a trip. Written once with both readers in mind, it works twice.

  • “Seasonal knowledge is the farm's edge”

Only the farm knows when the fireflies appear, when the jaggery is made and when the grapes turn sweet. That calendar is content no travel blog can copy.

What we do

What we deliver for farm stays.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A subject list drawn from guest questions

Questions asked on calls, in messages and in reviews, sorted into articles the farm can write.

Result: Each article answers something a real guest asked.

  2. A farm guide for each season

What to see, eat and do from the first rain to the last harvest, with photographs from your own fields.

Result: A family picks the month before choosing the date.

  3. A first-visit guide for families

What to wear, what to bring, how the day runs, what the children can touch and where help is.

Result: A new guest arrives prepared and asks fewer worried questions.

  4. Stories from the people who run the farm

The farmer, the cook and the farmhand, told with their consent and in their own words.

Result: Guests meet the people before they meet the farm.

  5. Articles placed on the website and in WhatsApp

Each piece published on your site and cut into short messages that can be sent to enquirers.

Result: The same article answers a search and a chat.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content if we are busy in the fields?
We draft from your voice notes, photographs and answers to our questions, and you correct what is wrong. The farm supplies the facts; we shape them into pages.
Is a blog worth it for a small farm?
A few useful pages are worth more than a long blog. Start with the questions guests ask most often, and add a page when a new question keeps returning.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
