Fast-food restaurants · Lead generation

Find the hostel warden, the office admin and the party host who order for others.

Lead generation for a fast-food outlet is the search for buyers who order in numbers behind the counter rush: hostels, offices, birthday hosts and event organisers. GullySales works on the enquiry routes, the pack price sheet and the follow-up that turn those buyers into a standing order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For fast-food restaurants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The walk-in is not the lead”

The student at the counter pays and leaves, and the outlet never learns a name. The leads worth chasing are the people who order for a group: the warden feeding a hostel floor, the admin booking lunch, the parent planning a birthday. One such buyer is worth more than a string of single walk-ins.

  • “Bulk buyers want a price before a conversation”

A hostel representative messages three outlets and replies to whichever sends a clear price per pack first. An outlet that answers with a request to call loses to the one that sends a printed sheet listing pack sizes, rates and the pickup or delivery terms.

  • “An app order does not hand over a customer”

An order that arrives through Swiggy or Zomato sits in the app's customer list. A card or QR inside the bag, inviting the buyer to message the outlet's own WhatsApp number, is how an app order becomes a lead the outlet owns. Check the platform's current rules on what you may say on packaging.

  • “Party enquiries arrive at the worst moment”

A birthday host asks about a tray of burgers on a Friday afternoon, when the counter is at its busiest. If the message waits until closing, the host has already booked elsewhere. Someone on the shift has to own enquiries, with a reply written in advance for the common questions.

What we do

What we deliver for fast-food restaurants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pack price sheet

One page listing combo packs for groups, the price per pack, the minimum order, and pickup or delivery terms, ready to send as an image on WhatsApp.

Result: The sheet fits on one phone screen and the rates match the board and the apps.

  2. A single enquiry number

One WhatsApp Business number printed on the board, the bag, the Maps listing and every poster, answered from one phone on every shift.

Result: Every printed surface carries the same number, and a missed message is visible to the owner.

  3. A target list of group buyers

Hostels, paying-guest houses, coaching centres, offices and co-working spaces inside the delivery area, listed with the person who decides the order.

Result: The list has a named contact against each place and a note of who has been approached.

  4. A party and event order form

Four questions asked on WhatsApp or a short form: date, headcount, pickup or delivery, and budget. The kitchen sees the answer before the quote goes out.

Result: Every quote starts from the same four answers, so the kitchen is not surprised.

  5. An enquiry record

A sheet noting where each enquiry came from, what was quoted and whether it converted, kept by whoever takes the message.

Result: The owner can see which board, QR or listing produced group orders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is a small outlet big enough to need lead generation?
Yes, if group orders matter to the outlet. A single hostel standing order can fill a slow afternoon. The work is small: a price sheet, one number and a list of places to approach.
Should we offer a discount to every bulk enquiry?
No. A pack price built from the cost of the bun, the filling and the packaging protects margin and answers the buyer's first question. Discounts beyond that belong to a decision the owner makes per order.
Do we need paid ads to find group buyers?
Not first. Visits to nearby hostels and offices, a sheet left with the warden or admin, and a listing that shows the bulk contact come before any paid reach. Ads can follow once the offer is clear.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
