Flight booking agencies · Content marketing

Write down the answers your counter already gives, and let travellers read them first.

Content marketing for a flight booking agency is publishing the answers a traveller wants before deciding who to call, such as name corrections, baggage questions and what happens when a flight is rescheduled. GullySales works on choosing the questions, drafting the answers in plain language and placing them where travellers look.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For flight booking agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The counter answers the same question daily”

How to correct a name, what to do if a flight is cancelled and whether a child needs an extra document come up again and again. Each answer written once becomes a page that serves the next traveller without a call.

  • “Airline rules change and old advice misleads”

A page that states a baggage allowance or a refund rule as fact goes out of date. Content should send the reader to the airline's current rule and explain what the agency does to help, never promise the outcome.

  • “Travellers search before they call”

A flyer with a visa date reads about transit rules, a family with a senior reads about wheelchair assistance. If the first useful page is yours, you are already trusted when the call comes.

  • “Content that sells has a next step”

A guide to a Gulf route that ends without a contact is a missed enquiry. Every piece closes with the one action the reader should take, and the person who will answer.

What we do

What we deliver for flight booking agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A question bank from your counter

The questions staff answer most, listed from call notes and WhatsApp threads and ranked by how often they arrive.

Result: You have a written list of topics drawn from customers.

  2. Guides for the situations that need a person

Pages on group bookings, name corrections, reschedules, transit rules and senior travel, each referring to the airline's own current rule.

Result: Readers get a clear answer and a way to reach you.

  3. A reusable guide format

A fixed structure with a short answer first, steps, a note on what the airline decides and a contact line.

Result: New guides are written to the same pattern.

  4. A festival and season calendar of topics

Topics set against the travel peaks your customers follow, drafted ahead so reminders are ready.

Result: Content is ready before the peak arrives.

  5. Content shared into WhatsApp and partner channels

Each guide turned into a short message and a one-page sheet for counsellors, desks and groups.

Result: One piece of writing reaches several channels.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write the content?
The staff who answer the questions know the material best. GullySales drafts and edits from their answers, and the owner checks that nothing contradicts an airline's current rule.
How do we know a guide is working?
Look for enquiries that mention the guide, visits to the page in your analytics and a drop in repeat questions at the counter. Record these beside the date the guide went live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
