Flight booking agencies · Lead generation

Find the travellers who want a person to handle their ticket.

Lead generation for a flight booking agency means finding the people whose journey has a complication an app handles badly, such as a group, a Gulf contract, a student departure or a senior flying alone. GullySales works on where those travellers look, what they send you first and how each enquiry is recorded.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For flight booking agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The easy fare enquiry is the weakest lead”

A traveller who asks only for the cheapest Mumbai to Delhi fare will book wherever the number is lowest. The lead worth chasing arrives with a name list, a visa date, a luggage question or a parent who cannot use an app.

  • “Leads sit with partners before they reach you”

Counsellors, visa desks, recruitment offices, temple and church groups and housing societies hear about the journey months before a fare is searched. An agency that is introduced at that point is not compared against an app.

  • “Every enquiry source gets mixed into one phone”

A call from a visiting card, a WhatsApp message from a route page and a walk-in sent by a cousin all land in the same place. Without a note of where each came from, you cannot tell which source deserves more effort.

  • “A lead goes cold while a fare is being checked”

The traveller asked at night and the fare was sent the next morning. By then the seat count had changed and another agent had replied. The first reply, even a holding one, decides who gets the second conversation.

What we do

What we deliver for flight booking agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of lead types by journey

Group, worker, student, senior, corporate and pilgrim enquiries each named, with the question that marks each one in the first message.

Result: You can label any new enquiry in one look.

  2. Partner outreach to counsellors and desks

A short introduction and a one-page note for visa desks, recruiters and community groups, saying which journeys you handle and who they should call.

Result: You hold a written list of partners approached and their replies.

  3. An enquiry form and WhatsApp opener

A route page form and a pre-filled WhatsApp message that ask for sector, dates and number of travellers before the first fare is sent.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with the details a fare needs.

  4. A source column in your enquiry sheet

One sheet recording where each enquiry came from, what was asked and whether a ticket followed.

Result: You can see which source produced bookings and which produced only questions.

  5. A holding reply for out-of-hours messages

A drafted acknowledgement that sends the traveller's details into the queue and names who will reply and when the counter opens.

Result: The night-time message is acknowledged before a competitor answers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy leads from a portal?
Test one source before paying for a stream. Record each lead's source and outcome in your sheet, then compare what the portal sent against what your own route pages and partners produced.
How do we get lead generation going without an advertising budget?
Start with partners and past flyers, who cost only your time. Route pages and a Google Business Profile follow, and paid reach is added once you know which journeys pay.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
