Flight booking agencies · Local SEO

Be the counter people find when they search for a ticket agent near them.

Local SEO for a flight booking agency decides which counter appears when someone searches for a ticket agent near them, and it rests on your listing, your reviews and your address. GullySales works on the profile, the area it covers and the way customers are asked to review.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For flight booking agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A counter is found by the nearest road”

The older flyer who wants to hand over a passport and pay in cash searches for an agent close by. Distance counts for more than polish, so a profile with the right pin and a clear landmark beats a smarter site.

  • “The category on the profile decides the search”

Travel agency, ticket agent and visa consultant are different labels. A profile set to the wrong one is shown to searchers who wanted something else, and it misses those who wanted you.

  • “Reviews speak to the worry about handing over money”

A new customer reads for stories about refunds, changes and a call answered after a flight moved. Reviews that describe what happened when the plan went wrong carry more weight than a row of stars.

  • “Another office behind the same name splits the result”

A branch and a head office that share a phone number and a name compete in the same map results. Each needs its own verified profile, hours and address, or one pushes the other down.

What we do

What we deliver for flight booking agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Profile category and services set correctly

The primary label and the listed services chosen to match the journeys you sell, with changes, group fares and visa-linked tickets named.

Result: The profile appears for the searches you actually want.

  2. Hours and holiday hours kept true

Opening hours, festival closures and late counters entered so the listing shows open when you are.

Result: A searcher at a festival peak sees the right hours.

  3. A review request at the counter

A card or a phone link handed over when the ticket is issued, asking the traveller to describe the service in their own words.

Result: New reviews come from people who travelled.

  4. Written replies to every review

A reply to each review, with a plain answer to complaints about fees and changes and no promise about refunds.

Result: A nervous reader sees problems answered in public.

  5. Photos of the counter and the street

Pictures of the entrance, the desk and the signboard from the road, so a first-time visitor recognises the place.

Result: Customers find the door without calling for directions.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a Google Business Profile free?
Creating and managing the listing costs nothing. Follow the platform's current rules on names, categories and reviews, because a listing can be suspended for breaking them.
Can we list a home office?
If customers do not visit, the listing may need to hide the address. Check the platform's current rules for service businesses before choosing, and keep the address the same everywhere you appear.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
