Flight booking agencies · Website

Build a website that makes a hesitant traveller send the first message.

A website for a flight booking agency is the page a traveller reads to decide whether you are a real counter that will handle their journey. GullySales works on the pages, the contact routes and the trust details that turn a visit into a message.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For flight booking agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking that you are real”

A traveller about to send a passport name wants to see a physical address, a licence note where relevant, a counter photo and a named person. A site of stock aeroplanes and no address raises doubt.

  • “A fare search box on a small site disappoints”

Visitors expect a live booking engine and leave when it is slow or absent. A site that is honest about being a counter, and invites a message with sector and date, sets the right expectation.

  • “Most visitors arrive on a phone”

The traveller searches from a handset, taps a number and wants the page to open fast with a visible message button. A desktop-only layout or a heavy slider loses them before they read.

  • “Every page needs a single next step”

A route page that offers a call, a form, an email link and a chat at once leaves the visitor undecided. One main action, a WhatsApp message with details pre-filled, lifts the chance that someone takes it.

What we do

What we deliver for flight booking agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for routes, groups and support

A set of pages covering main routes, group bookings, visa-linked tickets and what the agency does when a flight changes.

Result: Each kind of traveller finds a page about their journey.

  2. A contact block on every page

Address, hours, map pin and a WhatsApp button with a pre-filled opener, placed where a phone user will see it.

Result: A visitor can message without hunting.

  3. Trust details in view

Counter photographs, the owner's name, years or associations you can state truthfully and how fees work.

Result: A hesitant visitor sees who they are dealing with.

  4. A fee explainer

A clear page on the service fee, what it covers and what the airline decides.

Result: The fee is explained before it is objected to.

  5. Mobile and speed checks

Pages tested on a typical phone connection and fixed where they load slowly or break.

Result: The site opens and reads cleanly on a handset.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online booking?
Not to start. A site that brings in good enquiries and records them is enough, and booking engines can be considered once you know the volume would justify one.
Can we use airline logos?
Check each airline's current brand rules before using its name or logo, and avoid suggesting an official partnership you do not hold.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
