Hotel booking agencies · Content marketing

Write the guides a planner reads before choosing who will book the rooms.

Content marketing for a hotel booking agency is writing that answers what a company desk or planner asks before handing over a group: how rates work, what a block hold means and what to send. It builds trust before the first call. GullySales plans and writes pieces from the questions your coordinators already answer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For hotel booking agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers do not know how a block works”

A first-time planner may not know what a room hold is, why a release date exists or what an attrition clause means. A plain guide on these saves your coordinator repeating the explanation and shows you understand the buyer's worry.

  • “Your coordinators already hold the content”

The questions asked in a typical enquiry week are a ready editorial plan. Each repeated question becomes a short article, and the answer already exists in how your team replies.

  • “Generic travel writing attracts the wrong readers”

A listicle on holiday destinations draws leisure travellers who will not book a block. Writing about conferences, wedding guest stays and corporate trips draws the readers who do.

  • “Content needs a next step”

A guide that ends without a route to an enquiry form is a missed chance. Each piece should close with the facts to send and how to send them.

What we do

What we deliver for hotel booking agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list drawn from real questions

Questions taken from your enquiry chats, grouped by buyer: company desk, planner, wedding family and agent.

Result: The content plan reflects what buyers genuinely ask.

  2. Guides on blocks, holds and rate sheets

Plain explanations of how a group booking is held, confirmed and released, written in your agency's terms.

Result: A buyer can read how you work before calling.

  3. City and occasion articles

Pieces on arranging stays for conferences, dealer meets and weddings in the cities you cover.

Result: Content connects to the pages you want to be found for.

  4. A fact check by your coordinators

A review step where the person who negotiates with hotels confirms every claim before publishing.

Result: Nothing is published that your team cannot stand behind.

  5. Reuse in outreach and chat

Short versions of each guide for email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp replies.

Result: The same answer serves search visitors and direct enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the content?
We draft it from the answers your coordinators give, then your team checks it. The expertise stays yours, and our job is to put it into clear, findable pages.
Can we publish hotel rates in an article?
Better not. Rates change and a stale figure misleads the buyer. Explain how rates are set and who qualifies, and give the figure in the written quote.
How large a content list do we need?
Enough to answer the main questions of each buyer type. We begin with a short list and add more where enquiries show a gap, rather than publishing for its own sake.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
