Tourist guide services · Content marketing

Write what you tell on the tour, and a traveller will book the person who wrote it.

Content marketing for a tourist guide is the work of publishing useful pages, guides and answers that a traveller reads while planning. GullySales turns your own knowledge of the sites into content that you check and approve.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For tourist guide services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A guide holds knowledge that a brochure does not”

What time the light reaches the sanctum, which gate has the shorter queue, where the family can rest. That detail makes a page worth reading, and it is already in your head, unwritten.

  • “Planning questions go unanswered online”

Travellers ask whether the walk suits elders, how much climbing there is and what to wear in a temple. A page that answers those questions meets the traveller before they message, and shortens the first conversation.

  • “History must be right”

One wrong date or a story that is only a local belief, presented as fact, costs trust with a visitor who knows better. Mark what is recorded and what is told, and verify every fact before the page goes live.

  • “Content that sits on one page does little”

A write-up posted once and never linked to a walk page reaches nobody. Each piece should lead to a booking page, and each walk page should link to the writing that helps the traveller decide.

What we do

What we deliver for tourist guide services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of questions travellers ask

Questions gathered from your WhatsApp history and from hotel desks, ranked by how many times you are asked.

Result: You know which pieces to write first.

  2. Short guides for each site

A practical page for each site covering timing, entry, what to wear, what to skip and where to eat.

Result: A traveller planning a visit finds a page they can use.

  3. A way to separate fact from story

A simple marking on each page that shows which lines are recorded history and which are local legend.

Result: Readers can trust the facts and enjoy the stories.

  4. Pieces for a second language

A few key guides written or checked in the language you specialise in.

Result: A foreign traveller finds writing in their own language.

  5. Links from content to bookings

Every piece ends with the walk it relates to and the WhatsApp button to book it.

Result: Each page has a next step for the reader.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are guides, not writers. Will you write for us?
We draft from your notes and your answers to our questions. You read and correct every page, since the knowledge and the voice must be yours before anything is published.
Should we write about every monument in the city?
No. Write first about the sites you lead, because those pages can end in a booking. Wider city guides can follow once the core pages are done.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
