Wedding destination resorts · Digital marketing

Plan the year around the muhurat months and the dates that stay empty.

Digital marketing for a wedding destination resort joins search, maps, social, planner outreach, advertising and follow-up into one plan around the wedding calendar. GullySales works on which channel carries which date and how each enquiry is counted.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For wedding destination resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The calendar sets the plan”

Muhurat dates fill through planners and word of mouth; the quiet months do not. Spending the same on every month wastes money when the peak is already booked.

  • “Channels do different jobs”

Search catches families who know what they want. Social shows the spaces to those who are dreaming. Planner outreach reaches the person who draws the list. A plan names the job of each, not just the spend.

  • “Paid adverts need a landing page that fits”

An advert for off-season weddings that leads to the home page loses the family. It should land on a page with the date range, the rain or heat plan and a way to message.

  • “Counting only messages hides the result”

A pile of messages from casual scrollers is worth less than a few from planners with dates. The enquiry sheet needs a field for the source and the outcome so that the plan can be judged on bookings.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding destination resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A year plan by season

Peak, shoulder and off-season dates, each with channels and aims.

Result: Each part of the year has a stated purpose.

  2. Channel roles

A short note on what search, maps, social, outreach and paid adverts each do for the resort.

Result: The owner knows why each channel is on the plan.

  3. Landing pages for campaigns

Pages for off-season offers, planner packs and NRI families.

Result: Each campaign links to a page written for it.

  4. Source and outcome tracking

Enquiry fields for source, visit and booking.

Result: The plan can be compared with bookings, not only messages.

  5. A planner outreach plan

Visits, packs and introductions, set against the calendar.

Result: Planners are contacted before the dates they want are gone.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend on adverts?
That is your decision, based on the dates you need to fill and what the enquiry sheet shows. We help set a figure against the dates, and we make no promise on what it returns.
Which channel first?
The one that fills the weakest part of your calendar. That may mean planner outreach and the map listing before paid adverts, but your own enquiry history should decide.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
