Corporate catering companies · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an admin manager finds when she types office lunch catering and her area.

SEO for a corporate catering company is getting your pages to appear when an office types what it needs, such as lunch catering for an office in Whitefield or conference lunch near Manyata. The searcher is an admin or HR person, and the search is either urgent or part of a vendor review. GullySales builds a page for each meal type and each business area you serve, and repairs what keeps them from being found.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For corporate catering companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One page for everything hides the contract from the buyer”

A page that lists daily lunches, wedding catering and tiffin together answers none of them. The facilities manager looking for a cafeteria operator sees banquet photographs and leaves.

  • “Offices search by park and road, not by city”

People type the business park, the road or the tech corridor. A page that names only the city never matches those words.

  • “An urgent lunch and a vendor review are different searches”

The assistant who needs food for a seminar next week and the HR head reviewing the canteen vendor want different first lines. One needs a quote form, the other a licence and a menu cycle.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate catering companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each kind of office meal

Daily lunch supply, cafeteria management, conference catering, boxed meals and night-shift meals, each stating the menu cycle, the headcount you can serve and how a first tasting is arranged.

Result: A buyer lands on the page for her own meal.

  2. Pages by business park and corridor

One page for each park, road or area within your delivery reach, with the route from your kitchen and the kinds of office you serve there.

Result: A search for her own address matches a page that names it.

  3. A kitchen and compliance page

Your food licence number, kitchen photographs, how food is packed and carried, and the staff health routine as you actually run it.

Result: The buyer told to check the vendor finds the answer on one page.

  4. Menus as text, not as pictures

The menu cycle, the diet options and the event menus written as page text with a link, not as a photographed card.

Result: A search for a Jain lunch or a dish name can find you.

  5. Technical repair of the existing site

Slow pages, duplicate addresses, broken forms and pages that search engines cannot read, found first and fixed before new pages are added.

Result: Pages already written get the chance to be found.

  6. Search report

Rankings, visits and enquiries from search by page, set against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You see which page brought the tasting request.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What an admin or HR manager types when she needs a caterer for an office, and the page that answers it.

office lunch catering in Whitefield
A daily-lunch page for that corridor. Show the menu cycle, a quote request and the tasting you offer, and say how far your kitchen is by road at lunch hour.
canteen contractor for IT company
A cafeteria-management page. Say what you run, such as staff, equipment and hygiene routine, and what the client must provide, such as kitchen space, power and water.
conference lunch catering near Manyata
An events page: box or buffet, the headcount range you take, how late an order can be confirmed, and a form that asks the date, the venue and the number of people.
boxed lunch for training programme
A boxed-meal page with sample boxes, dietary labels, packing and delivery to the venue lobby, and a GST invoice shown as a sample.
night shift food supply for BPO
A shift-meals page. State the hours you serve, how meals stay safe on the road at night and who answers the phone when a delivery is late.
pure vegetarian caterer for office
A menu page in text. Say whether the kitchen is separate for vegetarian food and what you can and cannot promise for Jain meals.

Who it is for

This is written for these corporate catering companies.

  • Cafeteria and canteen operators for offices
  • Daily lunch-box and tiffin suppliers to companies
  • Conference, seminar and offsite caterers
  • Boxed-meal caterers for training programmes and client visits
  • Night-shift and late-working meal suppliers
  • Caterers to co-working spaces and managed offices
  • Pantry, tea, coffee and snack suppliers for offices

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate page for every business park we serve?
Only where you can deliver on time and have something real to say: the route, the offices you serve there, the hour you reach. Pages with the park name swapped read as spam to the buyer and to Google. Fewer pages with real detail do better.
Should we write a blog?
Only if each post answers something a buyer asks before choosing, such as what a canteen agreement should cover or how to change a vendor. Festival greetings bring no office buyer. Have the person who runs the kitchen check every post.
Can we copy a bigger caterer's menu page?
No. Copied text puts the same sentences on two sites and the buyer reads both. Describe your own kitchen, your route and your menu cycle, which no competitor can copy back.
Who should own the website and the domain?
Your company, with the login in an email address you control. Ask any agency, including us, to show that the domain and hosting accounts are in your company's name, and keep the renewal date in your diary.
Do offices really pick a caterer from a Google search?
For event lunches and small daily orders, often yes. For a large cafeteria contract, search only starts the shortlist; the tasting, the kitchen visit and a word from another office decide it. So your page and Business Profile have to hold up when an admin head checks you after someone recommends you.
Should we chase the big business parks or small offices first?
Start with offices your kitchen can reach on time at lunch hour, whatever their size. One working contract in a building is the best introduction to the floors above and below it. A very large cafeteria tender can wait until your kitchen and staff have the room to carry it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
