GullySales

IT services and networking companies · Branding

Look like a firm with a service desk, not two engineers and a van.

Branding for an IT services company is what makes an office manager comfortable signing a year of support with you. GullySales writes the one line that says which offices you are for, rebuilds the quote and the service report into a format nobody else in your city uses, and puts your partner status where it answers a question.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For IT services and networking companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You are asking for a year of trust on a first visit

The buyer cannot judge your network skills, so she judges the quote, the ID card and whether the engineer's shirt has your name on it.

  • The quote is the brand document

A copied distributor price list loses to a quote that separates the box, the configuration, the installation and the support behind it.

  • Framed partner certificates in reception sell nothing

The certification belongs in the firewall proposal, next to the sentence explaining what it lets you do that an unbadged vendor cannot.

What we do

What we deliver for IT services and networking companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One line naming the offices you are built for

A written position covering the size of office, the sectors and the kind of support you sell, agreed with you and used in every introduction.

Result: People can repeat what you do to somebody else.

  2. A quote format that shows the work inside the price

Hardware, configuration, installation, training and support listed separately, with the response time and exclusions on the same page.

Result: The client stops comparing your quote with an online box price.

  3. A service report with ticket numbers on it

A standard report for each visit and each month, carrying the ticket reference, time on site, work done and what is pending.

Result: The client sees a process rather than a favour.

  4. Engineers who look like the company

Shirts, identity cards and a vehicle sticker with the same name and colours as the quote and the website, which matters most at a reception desk.

Result: Security lets your engineer up without a phone call.

  5. Partner credentials placed where they answer a doubt

Brand certifications put on the relevant service pages and in the matching proposals, with the wording checked against each partner programme's rules.

Result: The badge does work instead of sitting on a wall.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for IT services and networking companies

  1. 1

    Assess

A free audit of how many clients are on AMC, how many are call-out only, how renewals are tracked and where new enquiries come from.

  2. 2

    Package the services

AMC tiers, a site survey routine and a quote format that explains the solution.

  3. 3

Be found for the right moments

Service pages, local search and partner credentials aimed at office moves, security scares and audits.

  4. 4

    Convert and contract

Follow-up for every quote and every emergency visit, with an AMC offer attached.

  5. 5

    Renew and expand

A renewal calendar, licence reviews and upgrade proposals for every client under contract.

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are three people. Should we pretend to be bigger?
No. Write what you do promise: who answers the phone, how fast, and who comes on site. An honest small firm beats a large one that never returns calls.
Is a new logo worth spending on?
Only after the quote, the service report and the engineers' identity are fixed. Those are what a client sees every month.
How do we convince small offices to sign an AMC?
Sell it the morning after you have fixed something. Send a short note on what failed and what a quarterly check would have caught. Attach the AMC tier that covers it, while the owner still remembers the lost day.
Can we market our OEM partner status?
Yes, within each brand's partner rules on logo use and claims. Show the partnership where it answers a buyer's question, such as on the firewall page, and ask the brand about co-marketing support.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
