Laboratory and scientific equipment suppliers · Branding

Your quotation format is the only design most buyers will ever read.

Branding for a laboratory supplier is what a purchase committee sees: the quotation, the specification sheet and the service report, each carrying your name beside your principals'. GullySales settles how the firm appears next to those brands and makes the documents look as though one company wrote them.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For laboratory and scientific equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You are always read beside a foreign principal's logo

Your name sits under theirs on every proposal. The committee should still be able to tell who is answerable when the instrument stops.

  • The comparative statement flattens everything but the document

Three quotations become one column of rates, so the one stating warranty, calibration and delivery clearly reads as the safer buy.

  • Say whether you make it, import it or resell it

A buyer who cannot tell assumes the worst about spares, and asks the question at the demonstration instead of at the enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for laboratory and scientific equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One quotation and specification sheet format

A single layout stating make, model, warranty, calibration certificate, installation, delivery weeks and payment terms in the same order every time.

Result: Your quotation is the easiest of the three to compare.

  2. A rule for using your name with your principals' marks

Where your logo goes against theirs on documents, stalls and vehicles, within what your authorisation allows, so nothing has to be redrawn each time.

Result: Your firm is recognised rather than mistaken for the manufacturer.

  3. Service report and installation certificate templates

The papers your engineer leaves behind, written so an admin team can file them and an assessor can read them without ringing you.

Result: The visit leaves proof in the lab's own records.

  4. A firm profile built for the technical bid

Registration, turnover papers, authorisation letters, service coverage and past supply orders assembled in one document that a bid can carry.

Result: The technical envelope stops being rebuilt from scratch each week.

  5. Exhibition and demonstration room material

Stall panels, model cards and handouts for lab expos and college events, carrying the same figures as the website pages.

Result: What a visitor takes home matches what they find online.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for laboratory and scientific equipment suppliers

  1. 1

    Read last year's quotations

In the free audit we go through a quarter of quotations and bids: what was quoted, what was won, which ones nobody followed up, and where the specification never matched.

  2. 2

Make the catalogue answer a specification

A page per instrument and model with the numbers a buyer copies, plus specification sheets a purchase officer can download without writing to you.

  3. 3

Put a date on every quotation and bid

A register for quotations, a daily watch on GeM and the portals, and a drafted pre-bid query whenever a clause reads like a competitor's brochure.

  4. 4

Reach the people who write the specification

Department-wise outreach to professors, lab in-charges and quality heads, with demonstrations and sample packs offered in the months when nothing is being bought.

  5. 5

Hold the reorder and the service

Reorder reminders for consumables, calibration and renewal dates tracked from your installation records, and a monthly report against the baseline set at the start.

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

All case studies

  • HOPO Hardware

    Situation
There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are known by our principal's brand, not our own name.
That holds until the authorisation changes hands. Build the firm's name on service, range and delivery, so a lab that loses the brand still rings you.
Is a new logo worth the money for a dealership?
Rarely on its own. The quotation, the specification sheet and the service report earn more, because a committee reads those and never sees your signboard.
A tender's specification matches a competitor's model exactly. Can anything be done?
Raise a pre-bid query inside the window, with the technical reason the clause should be made generic. That works sometimes. The real answer sits months earlier, when the professor or lab in-charge is drafting the specification, and that is when your instrument has to be on the table.
Do we have to be on GeM?
For government colleges, hospitals and departments, yes, and the OEM authorisation has to be in order before you bid rather than after. Private testing labs and most diagnostic chains still buy on three quotations. Both routes need watching, because they run on different calendars.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
