Cold storage operators · Social media

Show the chambers, the logs and the loading bay where traders and food brands already look.

Social media marketing for a cold store means posting proof of how the chambers are run to the traders, farmer groups and food businesses who follow the trade. GullySales plans what the operator posts, who sees it and how a comment becomes an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For cold storage operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Traders trust what they can see”

A potato or fruit trader deciding where to store stock wants to see the chamber floor, the stacking and the loading bay. A short video of an empty, clean chamber before the season does more than a line saying the store is reliable.

  • “LinkedIn reaches the year-round buyer”

The procurement head of a dairy, frozen food or pharmaceutical distributor does not scroll farm groups. They look for logistics partners on LinkedIn, so the compliance and monitoring story belongs there, written for a quality manager.

  • “Capacity posts go stale without a date”

A post announcing space in a chamber misleads once the space is booked. Each capacity post needs the commodity, the chamber and a plain note when it is full, or the trader rings and finds it gone.

  • “A comment is an enquiry waiting”

A trader asking the rate under a post is a lead. If the reply says to message privately and nobody then follows up on WhatsApp, the lead is lost in public view.

What we do

What we deliver for cold storage operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan by buyer

Separate plans for traders and farmer groups, and for food and pharmaceutical buyers, with the platform each group uses.

Result: The owner can see which posts are meant for whom.

  2. A chamber and loading photo routine

A short list of what to photograph and film at the store, and who on the site does it safely.

Result: The store has a bank of real images, not stock pictures.

  3. Capacity post templates

A standard format with commodity, chamber, availability date and a closing note when space is taken.

Result: Every capacity post carries the details a trader needs.

  4. A comment-to-WhatsApp handover

A routine that moves a public question about rate or space to a direct conversation and logs it.

Result: Each social enquiry appears in the enquiry list with its source.

  5. A LinkedIn page for compliance buyers

A company page that presents monitoring, backup power and hygiene evidence for quality and procurement teams.

Result: A food brand's buyer finds the evidence without asking.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Pick the two where your buyers are. Traders are reachable on WhatsApp and Facebook groups, and food brands on LinkedIn. We start there and add others only when there is a reason.
Can we show the products stored for clients?
Only with the client's written permission, and without their brand marks. Storage arrangements are private to a food business, so ask before any post shows a client's stock.
Who should post for the store?
Someone on site who can photograph the chambers and answer a trader. We draft and schedule the content, while the operator supplies the real images and approves each post.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
