Courier companies · Website

Build a website that books the parcel and the office account.

A website for a courier counter is a set of pages that tell a sender what can go where, how to book and how an office or seller opens an account. A national brand's site already covers tracking, so yours must cover your counter. GullySales plans, writes and builds those pages around your destinations and your locality.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For courier companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The brand site answers everything except your counter”

It lists services and prohibited items and cannot say that your branch packs food on site or that you collect from nearby offices. Your site must say what only your counter can.

  • “A sender wants the booking path in one step”

Someone at night with a box of homemade sweets wants a call button, a WhatsApp link and the address. A long page of company history sends them to the next counter in the results.

  • “An office buyer looks for proof of reliability”

A clerk or admin head checking you wants pickup hours, proof of delivery and billing terms in plain words. Stock images of vans tell them nothing about your service.

  • “The page goes stale after a festival”

A Rakhi page with last year's dates or a closed counter address damages trust at once. Pages tied to a season need an owner who retires them when the date passes.

What we do

What we deliver for courier companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built on destinations, items and accounts

Pages for each destination you send to, each item type, the office account and the online seller, plus the counter itself.

Result: Every common question has a page that answers it.

  2. A counter page with address, hours and handling

The street, landmarks, hours, destinations handled, packing on site and a map that matches your Business Profile.

Result: A sender knows where to go and what to bring.

  3. Call and WhatsApp booking buttons on every page

One clear route to contact on a phone screen, with no form to complete before a sender can ask a question.

Result: A visitor can reach the counter in a single tap.

  4. An accounts page for offices and sellers

Daily pickup, proof of delivery, billing and escalation for offices, and slab rates, pincode coverage and COD for sellers, with a simple enquiry route.

Result: The account buyer sees an offer written for them.

  5. A page-owner list and a retirement note

Who updates the rates, the festival page and the prohibited-item link, and when each is checked or removed.

Result: Nothing out of date stays live.

  6. Brand-rule review before launch

Use of the brand name, logo and offers shown to your franchisor first.

Result: Nothing you publish has to come down.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can a franchise counter have its own website?
The franchise agreement decides this, so ask your franchisor in writing. Some allow a local page set within brand rules on name and logo. We build inside whatever they permit and keep the destination and counter pages free of restricted wording.
Should we show rates on the site?
Show how rates are worked out, such as slabs and volumetric weight, and the date the explanation was last reviewed. Give the exact quote on call or WhatsApp, because the parcel's size and destination decide it.
Do we need online booking on the site?
Not to start. A call button, a WhatsApp link and a pickup request form cover a small counter. Add a booking flow when your staff can answer each request reliably, because an unanswered form is worse than none.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
