Freight and transport companies · Website

Lead with lanes, vehicles and claims record, the facts a logistics manager reads.

A transport company's website is the page a shipper opens after hearing your name, to check that the fleet is real and the lanes match. GullySales plans and writes the site around lanes, vehicle types, tracking, insurance and a quote form.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For freight and transport companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A logistics manager looks for facts, not a slogan”

The first visit is a check. Which lanes, which vehicle types and how many, which industries, how claims are handled. A homepage with a photo of a truck and a line about trust answers none of this, and the visitor goes back to the next name on the list.

  • “Each main lane deserves its own page”

Someone searching for part-load transport between two cities, or container movement to a port, wants a page about exactly that. A lane page with vehicle types, the kind of cargo moved and a quote form can be found by an SME that would otherwise book through a broker.

  • “Procurement teams look for documents to download”

A vendor registration request asks for GST registration, fleet list, insurance, permits and references. A page that lists what you hold, with a form to request the pack, saves a procurement officer from chasing and shows an organised business.

  • “The quote form decides whether the visit counts”

A long form with fifteen fields loses a trader in a hurry. A short one asking for lane, load type, vehicle, date and a phone number gets the enquiry, and the dispatcher can ask the rest on the call.

What we do

What we deliver for freight and transport companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built on lanes and services

A plan of pages for the home, each main lane, each service such as part-load or container movement, fleet, industries served, documents and contact.

Result: The structure follows how shippers search and decide.

  2. Fleet and capability page

Vehicle types and counts, tracking, insurance, claims process and compliance, written with the figures the owner supplies and checks.

Result: A buyer can judge fit from one page.

  3. Lane and service pages

Pages for the routes and services you want more loads on, each with its own wording, vehicle types and a quote button.

Result: A search for a lane you run can land on your page.

  4. Vendor documents section

A page listing the registrations and documents held, with a request form for the procurement pack.

Result: A procurement team knows what you can send before asking.

  5. Short quote form and click-to-chat

A form with the few fields a dispatcher needs and a WhatsApp button that opens with the lane already filled in.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with the details needed to quote.

  6. Basic search set-up

Page titles, descriptions, Google Business Profile link and a sitemap, so the lanes can be found and read by Google.

Result: The site is ready for lane pages to be indexed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if shippers call us anyway?
The call comes after the check. A procurement team or a new trader looks up the company first, and a clear site settles that doubt. Without one, the number of shippers who reach the phone is smaller.
Should we put rates on the website?
Rates change with lane, load and season, so a public rate can lose you a quote. Show the lanes, vehicles and service, and ask for the details in the quote form.
Can we show customer names?
Only with each customer's written agreement. Where a name cannot be shown, describe the kind of industry served and the lane instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
