Last-mile delivery companies · Website

Give a brand's logistics manager the coverage and process answers without a phone call.

A website for a last-mile delivery company is the place where a seller checks your areas and a brand reads your process before calling. GullySales works on the page structure, the coverage detail, the trial request and the way every enquiry reaches your record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For last-mile delivery companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first question is whether you cover this pin code”

A visitor leaves if the site does not answer that at once. A pin code or area check, or a clear list, matters more than a hero photograph of a scooter.

  • “Two audiences need two paths”

A shop owner wants a button to start a trial on WhatsApp. A brand manager wants a capability note to download and share. A site that puts both on one crowded page serves neither.

  • “Trust comes from specifics”

The hub address, the photographs of vehicles and riders, the cash-on-delivery process and the returns policy tell a manager this is a working operation. Vague words like reliable say nothing.

  • “A slow or broken form loses the enquiry”

A seller on a phone at the counter will not wait for a heavy page. A short form, a call button and a WhatsApp link, all tested on a phone, keep the enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for last-mile delivery companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Coverage and service pages

Areas, pin codes, vehicle types, delivery windows and trial steps on clear pages.

Result: A visitor finds a yes or no for an area in one page.

  2. A brand capability page and download

Coverage, tracking, remittance, returns and references you can name with permission.

Result: A manager can download one document and pass it on.

  3. Trial request form and WhatsApp link

A short form and a message button that both log into your record.

Result: Each submission shows up in your record with its source.

  4. Hub and fleet photography placed on the pages

Real pictures of hubs, vehicles and riders, with recipient details covered.

Result: Photographs on the site are of your own operation.

  5. Phone-first testing

Each key page checked on a phone with a slow connection.

Result: Key pages work on a phone before they go live.

  6. Pricing statement you can honour

A starting rate for small sellers and a request-a-quote route for larger accounts.

Result: Every figure on the site is one you will honour.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show per-drop rates?
A starting rate for small sellers is fine. For bigger accounts give a range and ask for volume and area. State only what you will honour, since a posted rate is read as a promise.
Do we need a tracking page on the website?
Only if your system supports it. If tracking is in the dispatch software, link to it. A page that promises tracking and does not work will cost you more trust than having none.
Can you build the site and keep it current?
We plan and write the pages and set up the way enquiries are recorded. Keeping coverage accurate needs your input, so we agree who tells us when a hub or area changes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
