Last-mile delivery companies · Social media

Show sellers the riders, hubs and handovers they would be trusting with their parcels.

Social media marketing for a last-mile delivery company is the use of Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube to show the people and process behind a delivery. GullySales works on what to post, which platform suits which buyer, and how a comment or message becomes a recorded enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For last-mile delivery companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Shop owners watch Instagram, brand managers watch LinkedIn”

A florist scrolls Instagram between orders, while a logistics head reads LinkedIn at a desk. One post style for both wastes effort, so each platform gets the content that its buyer would stop for.

  • “A rider in uniform carries more weight than a stock picture”

Sellers are handing over goods they paid for. A real rider, a real bag and a real handover at a doorstep show how the work is done, and that is more convincing than a drawing of a scooter on a map.

  • “Consent and privacy come first”

A recipient's door, a house number or a customer's face should not appear without permission. Cover or crop these, and ask a seller before naming them in a post.

  • “Posting without a path to enquiry is only noise”

A post about festival capacity should give a way to book it. Without a WhatsApp link or a form that logs the enquiry, a reaction on the post goes nowhere.

What we do

What we deliver for last-mile delivery companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by buyer

Posts for shop owners, for brand operations heads and for platform managers, each on the right network.

Result: Every post is marked with the buyer it is meant for.

  2. Hub and rider photography

A brief for photographing the hub, the vehicles and handovers, with a rule for covering customer details.

Result: You hold a set of photographs cleared for use.

  3. Short explainer posts

Plain posts on how cash-on-delivery is handled, what happens to a failed delivery and how pickups are booked.

Result: A seller reads the process in a minute.

  4. Seller stories with permission

A short note on a seller's use of your service, published only after the owner agrees in writing.

Result: Each story has the seller's written approval on file.

  5. Enquiry capture

A link or number in each post that sends the enquiry to your record, not to a personal inbox.

Result: Each enquiry shows the post it came from.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should riders appear in our posts?
Yes, with their consent, and in uniform doing normal work. Cover any recipient's address or face. A rider who agrees to appear is also more likely to be pleased with the post.
Is paid advertising on social media worth it for us?
It can reach sellers in a few suburbs, but check the platform's current rules and keep the area narrow. Without a clear offer and a quick callback, paid clicks are wasted.
How often should we post?
Set a rhythm your team can keep. A steady, modest plan that is followed beats a busy plan that stops. We agree the pace with you and adjust it as enquiries show what works.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
