Textile wholesalers · Digital marketing

Pick the few online routes that bring cloth buyers and drop the rest.

Digital marketing for a textile wholesaler is the choice and combination of online routes, such as the website, maps, social media, WhatsApp and portals, that bring buyers to your counter. A wholesaler does not need all of them. GullySales helps decide which fit your buyers and keeps the results in one record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For textile wholesalers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Not every online route suits every buyer”

Garment units may never look at Instagram, while boutiques live there. Putting effort into a route your buyer does not use is a cost with no return. The first step is to find where each buyer type already looks.

  • “Portals bring enquiries and price shoppers”

Marketplace listings put you in front of buyers who compare several sellers at once. They suit a counter that answers on the day and sells on quality. They are less kind to a counter that cannot hold a rate.

  • “Paid ads need a clean next step”

An advertisement that sends a buyer to a page with no swatch form wastes the click. Before any spend, the destination page, the form and the person who answers need to be ready.

  • “Results scatter across tools”

Swatch requests come from a form, a chat, a call and a portal, and nobody adds them up. A single register that notes the source of each enquiry shows which route earns its keep.

What we do

What we deliver for textile wholesalers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Route selection note

A short note that ranks the online routes for your buyer types and says which to use now and which to leave.

Result: You know which two or three routes get the effort.

  2. Enquiry source tracking

A source field on every enquiry and a count of swatch requests and orders by source.

Result: You can compare routes on swatches and orders, not on visits.

  3. Portal handling routine

Rules for who answers marketplace enquiries and how a lead is moved into the register.

Result: A portal enquiry is never left unanswered by default.

  4. Ad readiness check

A checklist of page, form, reply owner and budget that must be in place before any paid campaign.

Result: Spend starts only when the buyer's next step exists.

  5. Review of results

A sit-down of the owner and team to read the source counts and decide what to keep.

Result: Each route is kept or dropped with the numbers in view.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these textile wholesalers.

  • Garment manufacturers and stitching units that buy by the roll
  • Boutiques and designers who buy small lots in many colours
  • Tailors and tailoring shops in towns and city markets
  • Saree and dress-material retailers
  • Uniform makers who supply schools and companies
  • Home furnishing makers who need curtain and upholstery cloth
  • Export houses and merchandisers who buy for orders
  • Agents and brokers who place orders for several buyers

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid advertising?
Not as a rule. Some counters get enough from maps, WhatsApp and a good set of fabric pages. We suggest ads only where a specific fabric needs buyers you cannot reach otherwise, and we start small.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
Count swatch requests, trial lots and repeat orders by source. Visits and likes are a weaker sign. If a route sends only visits, we say it is not working and change it.
Can we do this ourselves?
Yes, parts of it. Owners can post their own videos and answer their own chats. We help with the structure, the pages and the register, and leave you with a routine your team can keep.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
