Air cargo agencies · Digital marketing

Put search, profile, WhatsApp and outreach behind one plan for the booking desk.

Digital marketing for an air cargo agency joins search, ads, map profiles, WhatsApp and direct outreach so that each brings shippers to the same desk. GullySales sets the plan, and your enquiry record shows which parts earned bookings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For air cargo agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels split between two buyers”

Exporters respond to search, ads and the map. Forwarders respond to introductions and direct notes. A plan that treats them as one audience spends on the wrong channel for each, and the desk cannot tell which effort worked.

  • “Spend should follow cargo and season”

Perishable growers peak at set times of year. Pharma ships steadily. A plan that spreads effort evenly misses the weeks when a cargo type is moving and your handling is the question.

  • “The desk is part of the campaign”

Good advertising fails if the phone rings out at the cut-off. Digital work has to end at a person who answers, so response routes and cover for the desk are part of the plan, not an afterthought.

What we do

What we deliver for air cargo agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A document listing each channel, the buyer it reaches and the page or number it points to.

Result: Each channel has a stated purpose and destination.

  2. Search ads

Ads on route and cargo searches, landing on the cargo-type page that matches.

Result: Ad clicks land on a page that fits the search.

  3. Seasonal calendar

A calendar of cargo seasons and the pages, ads and notes timed to them.

Result: The desk can see what goes live ahead of each peak.

  4. Enquiry source report

A table of calls, chats and forms by source, with outcomes entered by the desk.

Result: You can read which channel brought a booking.

  5. Review of the plan

A sitting with your owner and desk to keep, change or drop channels based on the record.

Result: Channels are dropped when the record shows no bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Connect these searches to one plan for the desk.

air freight rates from this city
A route page that explains the quote process and asks for the four booking facts, with no rates shown.
cargo agent for flower exporters
A cargo-type page and a profile entry, so a flower exporter searching by trade finds a desk that knows the cargo.
forwarder looking for an air cargo agent
A short page and an outreach note for forwarders, saying what space and support the desk can offer.
IATA agent contact at the airport
A profile with the correct terminal address and phone line, kept the same on every listing.
air cargo agency reviews
A page of references given by shippers with permission, since a new shipper checks before the first booking.

Who it is for

This is written for these air cargo agencies.

  • IATA cargo sales agents handling export and import
  • General sales agents representing airlines
  • Freight forwarders that consolidate air cargo
  • Perishable specialists for flowers, vegetables, fruit and fish
  • Pharma and healthcare cargo handlers
  • Garment and fashion express exporters
  • Electronics and e-commerce air freight agents
  • Courier-linked and express air cargo agents

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your desk can take only a few bookings and has no more capacity, so channels that raise enquiries would overload it.
  • Your agency has no clear cargo or route focus yet, so the plan would spread across every route and persuade none.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small agency begin?
With the map profile, the cargo-type pages and a direct route to the desk by call and WhatsApp. Ads and outreach are added once those work.
How do we know digital work is paying?
By tying each enquiry to its source and each booking to its enquiry. Without that, results are guesses. We set the record up first.
How should an agency divide effort between exporters and forwarders?
Follow the cargo and the season. Exporters need guidance and trust, and forwarders need space and speed. Start with the buyer who gives you repeat volume on routes you hold, and add the other once the desk can answer their enquiries without delay.
Can paid ads work for an air cargo desk?
They can reach shippers searching for a route, but the desk must answer at once or the click is wasted. Run ads only for routes and cargo you can book, send them to the page for that route, and check each platform's current rules.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
