Medical equipment distributors · Digital marketing

Join search, content and follow-up into one plan for equipment enquiries.

Digital marketing for a medical equipment distributor covers the website, search, social posts, WhatsApp and email that bring a doctor or administrator from a first search to a demonstration. GullySales works on the plan as a whole, so each channel feeds one enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Surgical and medical supplies distributors: show a real physical business scene illustrating Lot and expiry on every line. Record lot, expiry and pack size on the purchase, delivery note and invoice, and pick the shortest-dated lot first unless a buyer asks for a particular one.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For medical equipment distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The machine and the stage matter more than the channel”

A doctor comparing two ultrasound systems and a clinic owner pricing a full room need different material. Choosing channels before deciding who is being reached, and where they stand in the purchase, spends money in the wrong place.

  • “Paid search suits some machines and not others”

A machine that clinics search for by name may justify ads. A specialised system bought by a few hospitals is better reached through the doctor's colleagues, conferences and the principal company's team. Pick the channel by how the buyer finds the machine.

  • “The principal company's rules shape what you may say”

The brand's guidelines on logos, claims and price display apply to your pages too. Read them first and keep a copy of any approval, since advertising rules for devices differ by type of device.

What we do

What we deliver for medical equipment distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan by machine family

A table assigning each machine family to search, social, WhatsApp or direct outreach, with the reason.

Result: A written reason for each channel chosen.

  2. Enquiry-source tracking

Tracking that shows which channel produced each enquiry and which led to a quotation.

Result: Spending can be compared with enquiries received.

  3. Brand-guideline checklist

A list of the principal's rules on logos, claims and price display, checked before a page or post goes live.

Result: Each publication has a record of the check.

  4. Campaign landing pages

Pages built for one purpose, such as a new-clinic package.

Result: Each campaign points to its own page and form.

  5. Plan review

A sit-down to read the recorded enquiries against the plan and revise it.

Result: The plan changes on the evidence of recorded enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these medical equipment distributors.

  • Imaging equipment distributors for ultrasound, X-ray and CT
  • ICU, OT and anaesthesia equipment distributors
  • Patient monitoring and emergency equipment suppliers
  • Dental chair and clinic equipment dealers
  • Laboratory analyser and diagnostic instrument distributors
  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment suppliers
  • Refurbished and used medical equipment traders
  • Authorised distributors of a single international brand for a state

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your machine rights are limited to a state, and ads reaching other states would draw enquiries you cannot serve.
  • You have not read the principal's brand rules on advertising, which may bar claims or price display.
  • There is no one to run demonstrations, so paid traffic would end in a request nobody can meet.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need every channel?
No. Begin with the website, search and an enquiry record, which every other channel feeds. Add a channel when your team can answer what it brings in.
How do we judge whether it works?
Compare the enquiries recorded and the quotations that follow against what you spent. An order matters more than visits or positions. Equipment sales are long, so judge by the stage each enquiry reached.
Can we run ads that name the principal's brand?
Only if your distribution agreement allows it, so read the brand guidelines first. The principal can also object to wording on price or performance. Keep the ad to the machine's name and your authorisation, and send the click to a page you control.
Which channel suits a distributor that sells to hospitals?
Search for specific machines, LinkedIn for administrators and engineers, and direct visits. The reason is that purchases pass through committees and personal trust. Spread the plan by machine family, not by platform.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
