Self-storage and storage facilities · Website

Build a site that answers the questions a first-time renter is afraid to ask.

A website for a storage facility is the place a person checks for unit sizes, access, rules and the address before they drive over. GullySales plans and builds the pages around those questions, with a phone and WhatsApp button that work on a mobile screen.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For self-storage and storage facilities

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a phone and in a hurry”

A person sitting among boxes opens the site on a mobile and wants an address, a size guide and a button to call. A heavy page that loads slowly or hides the number sends that person to the next result.

  • “The fears are specific”

A first-time renter worries about damp, theft and a surprise bill at exit. A site that says nothing on these leaves the worry in place. Plain answers, with a photograph of the gate and of a real unit, do the persuading.

  • “Branches need their own pages”

An operator who lists every location on one page loses the visitor looking for a particular branch. Someone searching for the Whitefield branch should land on that branch's address, hours, photographs and phone, not on a list.

  • “Business tenants look for terms”

A seller or an office manager checks access hours, invoicing, notice and what may be stored before asking for a rent. If the site hides those terms, the enquiry that arrives is an argument and not a booking.

What we do

What we deliver for self-storage and storage facilities.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure

Home, one page for each unit size, one for each kind of tenant, one for each branch, a rules page and a contact page, planned before any design.

Result: Every question has a page that answers it.

  2. A size guide with real photographs

Pictures of actual units showing the furniture and boxes that fit, taken in daylight.

Result: A visitor picks a size without a call.

  3. A rules and terms page

What may and may not be stored, access hours, deposit, notice and exit, in the words of your agreement.

Result: The page and the agreement say the same thing.

  4. A call and WhatsApp button on every page

A fixed button that opens the dialler or a prepared message, shown in the hours when someone answers.

Result: A visitor reaches a person in one tap.

  5. A branch page with map and directions

Address, landmark, entrance, parking and hours, with an embedded map that matches the Business Profile pin.

Result: A visitor finds the right gate.

  6. Ownership and tracking set up

The domain and logins registered in your company's name, and analytics that count calls, messages and form entries.

Result: You own the site and can see what it brings.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each page answers a worry a first-time renter types into a search box.

what size storage unit do I need
A unit guide with a picture of what fits in each size, the access width and the height of the door.
can I store furniture in a storage unit
A page on what may be kept, how furniture is wrapped and what is not allowed, written from the contract.
storage unit access timings
A page and a header line giving the hours tenants can enter and how the gate is opened out of hours.
storage unit rent and deposit
A terms page listing what rent covers, the deposit, the notice period and how a refund is made, with the current rate on a call.
storage facility address and location
A branch page with map pin, a gate photograph and the nearest landmark, kept the same as the listing.

Who it is for

This is written for these self-storage and storage facilities.

  • Household self-storage units near apartment clusters
  • Business storage for online sellers and traders
  • Document and records storage
  • Warehouse-style storage let by the pallet or the bay
  • Student and PG storage near colleges and hostels
  • Furniture and relocation storage tied to packers and movers
  • Operators running several branches across a city
  • Landowners and building owners converting space into units

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your terms are not written down, so a terms page would publish promises the desk does not keep.
  • You cannot update the site when a unit is let or hours change, so it would show space that does not exist.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online booking?
A reservation form helps a person who cannot visit soon, but it must not promise a unit that is let. Begin with an enquiry form tied to your unit register, and add booking once the desk keeps that register current.
How should the site handle security claims?
Say only what is there: the lock arrangement, the cameras, the access control. A claim you cannot show invites a complaint. Photographs of the gate and the entrance prove more than a list of adjectives.
Can we build it ourselves on a template?
Yes for a single branch with a few pages, if they answer the questions above and load well on a phone. Keep the domain in your name. Move to a custom build when branches or tenant types grow.
Should the site show which units are free?
Only if someone updates it when a unit is let. A page showing a free unit that is gone sends a visitor away annoyed. Without that care, name the unit sizes you hold and ask for a call to confirm what is free.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
