Aluminium profile manufacturers · Social media

Show fabricators the finished section, the finish and the plant they would be buying from.

Social media for an extruder is the set of posts, short videos and messages that put your sections and finishing line in front of fabricators, architects and installers. GullySales plans what is worth showing and sets up a simple way to answer the comments and messages it brings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For aluminium profile manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The plant is the proof”

A fabricator who has never visited your unit cannot judge the press, the anodising line or the powder coating booth. A short video of a billet becoming a length, with the die number visible, tells a buyer more than a paragraph of claims.

  • “Finished work on buildings gets shared by fabricators”

A fabricator proud of a hotel or school facade will post it, and tagging the section and finish in the caption sends interested workshops back to you. It needs the fabricator's permission and the correct die name.

  • “Instagram and LinkedIn serve different buyers”

Architects and builders look at project photographs and system details, which suit LinkedIn and Instagram. Small fabricators scroll YouTube and Facebook for site tips. One post pasted everywhere reaches neither group well.

  • “Comments and messages go unanswered”

A fabricator who comments asking about a finish is a warm lead. If nobody replies from the page, the question is answered by a competitor's profile within the same scroll.

What we do

What we deliver for aluminium profile manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Plant and process content plan

A list of shots and short videos from extrusion, finishing and dispatch, with captions that name the die and finish.

Result: Your team knows what to film on a normal working day.

  2. Project feature posts

A routine for asking a fabricator's permission and posting their finished window or facade with the sections named.

Result: Fabricator work appears on your page with credit and consent.

  3. Platform split

A short note on which of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook suits architects, builders and fabricators, with a post type for each.

Result: Each platform carries content aimed at the buyer who uses it.

  4. Comment and message routine

A rule for who answers a question on a post, what is said and where the enquiry is recorded.

Result: Every question on a post reaches the enquiry register.

  5. Brand and caption sheet

Names, colours, finish wording and a list of phrases to avoid, so every post reads as one extruder.

Result: Posts from different people sound alike.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these aluminium profile manufacturers.

  • Extruders of architectural sections for windows, doors and partitions
  • Anodising and powder coating extruders selling finished lengths
  • Curtain wall and structural glazing section makers
  • Industrial profile makers for conveyors, machine frames and enclosures
  • Solar mounting structure and rail section suppliers
  • Furniture, kitchen and wardrobe profile makers
  • Extruders with a branded window system sold through licensed fabricators
  • Smaller extrusion units supplying a district or a state

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do aluminium fabricators really use social media to choose a supplier?
They watch and share work, and a post can start a conversation, but the order is settled by phone and WhatsApp. Treat social media as the place a fabricator first meets your name.
Whose projects can we post?
Only with the fabricator's agreement, and the builder's if the site is identifiable. Ask in writing, name the sections used and credit the workshop. A client who declines is not posted.
Should we run paid promotion?
Not before the organic posts and the reply routine work. If you do promote, aim it at fabricators in districts you can deliver to, and check the platform's current rules on targeting.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
